10 days after the return, emotions (mostly negative) subsided and, I think, the review will be objective. I'll start in order. The room was given by 14.00 (no complaints). The condition of the room is average, although the room itself is large and comfortable. The view we had was paid in advance, so you could admire the beautiful territory and a bit of the sea. The room lacked some of the little things that should be in a 5-star. hotel (threads, shower cap, etc. ). But this is nonsense. The first shock was from going to the beach. Sand on the beach mixed with bulls, bits and pieces of plastic utensils. And do not say that our vacationers are to blame: we are the same everywhere, and I saw such a nightmare in Turkey for the first time. But the top of it all are the beach changing rooms. These are two structures, 2 cabins closed only from 3 sides, the fourth side looks at the bushes. If you mix up in which direction you need to get out of the booth, you will have to look at the naked people in the neighboring ones. Naturally, there are no hooks there, and pads, etc. , are lying on the sand, because there are no trash cans in the booths either. You can change clothes in the toilet of the beach bar, but there are also no hooks for clothes and not all cabins are closed with a latch. Nutrition: there are no complaints about the amount of greens and vegetables. But we can say that there was no meat and fish at all, and this will not be a big exaggeration. Fruits: apples, hard pears and sloppy oranges, also of the same tasteless variety. In other hotels at that time there were grapes, and Turkish bananas, and figs. Service in the restaurant. He was not, because the hotel has almost no waiters (probably saving). The waiters collected dirty dishes (on carts!!! ! as in a factory canteen in Soviet times - not the most pleasant sight) and did not even shake the crumbs off the tablecloths, not to mention replacing the dirtiest ones. Therefore, when we arrived at the restaurant, my husband and I removed the cutlery from the table, turned the tablecloth upside down and went for the cutlery (they were not put down either, if you are not the first at the table). Closer to departure, during a meal, managers began to appear in the restaurant and began to clean up a little faster (perhaps someone complained). As for the cleaning of the rooms: only garbage is removed, the bed was changed twice in 10 days, and the towels were changed once, and even then after two visits to the reception (phone calls do not help). In general, there is an attitude according to the principle "and so it will do. " This hotel discredits the very concept of "rest in Turkey". And lastly, among the vacationers, 35 percent are Turks, including women in hijabs, in closed clothes, etc.
I don’t know how many stars to give the hotel (in Turkey there were always only 5-stars, but 4-stars in Montenegro were better in terms of service and food. I won’t advise this hotel to my friends so that they don’t be beaten after returning.
