Before the trip, we chose a hotel for a very long time (my girlfriend and I). The criteria were: a large area, more pools and not an old hotel. We took a ticket through Anex-Tour and be satisfied, although our guide at the hotel (Ira) constantly tried to sell us all sorts of excursions, but at the same time she was always ready to help in resolving issues. I’ll make a reservation right away - we rested in Turkey for the first time, before that we were in Greece (5 * hotel), in Rome, in Venice (5 * hotel), so comfort is important. We arrived at the hotel at about 12, settled at 14-00, but we did not whine, as they immediately gave bracelets and we first had lunch, and then splashed in the pool. The hotel is new and really worth 5 stars, although there are a couple of blunders around the territory that, if desired, can be found everywhere. Our room was with a view of the mountains, large in area, in addition to a double bed, there was a single bed and a sofa in the corner. The room is good, everything worked fine, including the central kander. We didn’t give extra money when we settled, although I wanted to, but our guide advised against it, she said that you ordered it and you will get it. We really liked the territory, the main plus is its size and the number of pools 7 or 8 (with a mini-aqua park near the sea), while different depths of 1.4m, 1.8, 2.0m are semi-Olympic, most importantly, due to the large territory and to -you don’t see crowds of people in the pools and there are always free sunbeds, unlike other hotels where you have to get up at 7-00 to take a sunbed. On the beach after 9 a sunbed in the shade - sometimes it was difficult to find, but you could just pull a free one into the shade, unless, of course, you are afraid to scratch your manicure and not make a problem out of it : ) I liked the service (fortunately there is something to compare with) for adequate people absolutely normal. Although I observed, as always, dissatisfied Russians (you see, they don’t have a fumigator in the room, although I haven’t seen mosquitoes all the time) and of course there are enough cattle near the bar in the evening (including Ukrainians), who row four servings of Baileys and Whiskey and they are still being driven to the bartender, which pours little. I will say this, just saying hello and sometimes asking "how are you" from the bartender and everything will be ok. Towels were changed for us in the room every day, whether it was vacuumed or not, I can’t say because I didn’t see it personally, but it was clean for us, if you don’t be a pig, then there is no problem. About the restaurant - really big and the choice of dishes is also huge. The only thing they didn’t immediately find was that fish and meat were cooked separately on the terrace behind the restaurant, although some “grouchy” tourists, judging by their reviews, did not uncover that there is both meat and fish. In general, there is really a lot of food for every taste, while in addition to the restaurant there is a bar by the pool, a pizzeria on the lawn, a rather big bar near the sea on the territory. mini-aqua park and 3 "Ala Carte" restaurants, although the entry costs 10u. e. per person. We visited French and Chinese. The staff is really friendly, but I liked the Chinese cuisine more, although there is only one cook for all three restaurants : ). I also liked the slides near the sea in the water park, although they look like children, but after driving, you understand that adults can have fun too! On the advice of our guide, we went to the Turkish bath in Kemer - for 30u. e. - it's a thrill, believe me, you won't regret it. But I don’t advise anything additionally, although I took a Thai massage for myself, and a chocolate mask for the whole body for the girl is bullshit. I was "crumpled" by some old "type of secret" : ), and a chocolate mask for a beautiful tan is just a scam. We also rode on a parachute together (60 USD - whoever bargains how) - I liked it very much. In general, the result is - the hotel really liked. Pros: room, grounds, pools, restaurant and food. Cons: the lack of a normal disco for young people, although for children what is needed, the same Baileys is not always available at the bars (because of the greed of our own tourists), because of the large territory it takes 5-7 minutes to go to the sea through the bridge, well, this more statement than whining : ))) And for those who are looking for flaws, do not know how to behave with staff, constantly whine and twist their nose, there is only one answer - buy yourself a ticket to the Dominican Republic or Jamaica for 4000-5000u. e. and look for the cons there, then you will tell your tales to your mazher friends.
