To begin with, we are very unpretentious tourists and the overall impression of the rest in this hotel is rather positive. But, for those who expect a 5 * holiday here, there will be too many negative points. So, we read and understand that:
First, we are unpretentious, very positive and love a quiet holiday.
The second - March - off-season for Turkey.
Third - before that, we rested mainly in Egypt in 4 * and 5 * and constantly heard that Egyptian 4 * and 5 * are much lower than Turkish ones. And that in Turkey the level of service is much higher than in Egypt. So we thought before, before this vacation.
With these thoughts and hopes, in connection with the well-known events in Egypt, we decided to rest this time in Turkey.
The hotel was chosen mainly for its infrastructure - location near the sea, private beach, several restaurants with different cuisines, a pool with warm water, an indoor pool, a sauna, a hammam, a large free room (at least 25 square meters) .
It turned out, upon arrival:

The territory of the hotel consists of two parts separated by an active road. Crossing over a steep wooden bridge. From the hotel building to the beach about 300 meters.
Of all the designated restaurants, only one is open - the main restaurant.
The food is quite wow, quite decent, but 5 * clearly does not match.
A large number of buns, different types of bread and cakes.
Not enough vegetables, absolutely tasteless tomatoes, few fruits.
Interestingly, there were no good tasty oranges at all. This is despite the fact that now is their season.
By what principle the afternoon snack was organized, we did not understand - a couple of times not in the main restaurant, but in the hall, dishes and trays with several types of hot and children's menus were displayed.
In the main restaurant, there was always not enough space for those who came half an hour after the start of breakfast (lunch or dinner) - more than half of the hall is closed (again, off-season). The remaining tables are clearly not in a hurry to clean up after those who have left.
Very frequent queues up to 15-20 people for hot.
The hotel does not have freshly squeezed juices at all (this is in the season of oranges) and ice cream! Even in a bar, even for money! But there is ice cream in shops near the hotel, and for juice you can go up the street and there is a small cafe on the right side, or there is also a fresh juice opposite the hotel at the crossroads on the left. Price - 1.5 euros or 2 dollars.
Coffee only from machines. They don't taste good at all.
The chef prepared grilled dishes on the street platform throughout the day. The fragrance was teasing and attractive at first, but after the third hour it became too intrusive.
Numerous outdoor pools are absolutely cold, there is no heated outdoor pool.
Of the two indoor pools, only one is suitable for swimming, the second is indoors (the lights are not turned on, the water is not heated).
Of the three saunas, only one worked, and even that did not heat up above 65-80 degrees.

Only one hammam worked, although the hotel has a women's sauna and a women's hammam (we decided that it was only open during the season), through the main hall of which the workers passed to the sauna, which they used as a dryer for their things. The door to the main hammam hall did not close tightly, so there was a draft.
The hammam steam room has not been washed, probably for quite a long time, because. there was a strong smell of mold in it, which even the plentiful damp steam could not kill.
In the shower room, which is next to the sauna, out of 5 booths, only one worked. In the rest there was no light, there was water up to the ankles. And the smell of urine, sorry for my French, betrayed the use of these booths by no means for their intended purpose.
The locker rooms were cleaned only once a day - after closing, so there was always water on the floor along one wall, and small garbage accumulated around the lockers during the day (including, sorry, hair, candy wrappers, chewing gum, etc. ) For some reason, in the locker room was missing a bin and hair dryer.
The check-in was very fast, it was possible not to give money - there were a lot of free rooms upon arrival. The rooms do not correspond to the declared areas. The standard room is quite cramped.
We asked for a bigger room, more space. For $ 105 we were immediately given a two-story room (toilet on each floor).
The balcony is quite tiny, 2 small armchairs and a stool under your feet instead of a table. Side sea view, the sun is only until 8-00.
When it was raining (not very lucky with the weather, it was 4 days cold, 2 days it rained) there was about 2 cm of water on the balcony.
The condition of the room and the hotel itself is very shabby - the carpets are stained, both in the room and in the halls, the windows are broken and glued with adhesive tape in several rooms, in the halls. The electronic key in the room is constantly broken (not only with us, with our neighbors as well), half of the switches do not work, the hangers fall apart and fall along with things. The room is cleaned every day, linen is changed every other day. They left a tip - they made flowers, and then a bow))))) so funny. The minibar (or rather, a small refrigerator) in the room is not filled either before check-in or during the rest.

Free water is taken independently in the restaurant or ordered at the reception.
Please note - the rooms have a unique audibility! You can hear not only conversations on the phone and a TV working behind the wall, but also snoring from the next room, and steps on the second floor from another next room. And including unambiguous oohs and sighs from the room opposite (across the corridor).
There are practically no foreigners-Europeans in the hotel - Russians, Ukrainians, Turks. There are a lot of the latter. Rest and families, and only men. With us several times there were Turkish schoolchildren, junior athletes. Surprisingly calm, quiet, did not interfere with anyone. Unlike our Russian adult athletes, two teams of which also arrived these days.
We went on an excursion to Demre-Mira. I advise! I liked it very much! We were also very lucky with the guide - she told very interesting! Were on an excursion to the Turkish bath in Kemer. It seemed to me that there - only if once for review. Although the massage there is very wonderful! It makes no sense to go on excursions to the shopping centers of Antalya - the assortment is the same as near the hotel, and it is easier to agree on the cost on the spot. Bargaining is a must! Especially on the skin, especially directly at the hotel. The jacket, which in Moscow costs 30.000 on the market, originally cost $600 in the hotel, as a result, they bought it for 9.000 rubles. And they also received a gift for her - gloves-mitts.
Prices are indicated everywhere in both euros and dollars. Any currency is accepted - both rubles and hryvnias.

The aesthetics of the hotel, how it fits into the overall landscape - beauty!! ! Pines, rocks, oranges, blooming flowers, juicy young greenery. This is a must see! And the sea is a fairy tale! The beach is mixed - in places pebbles - colored, bright, joyful, in places sand with large stones. We liked our stay, but we will not come to this hotel again - we will look for something of a smaller star rating, but more honest. Let it be 3-4 *, but the more likely it will be to be pleasantly surprised by the little things that make up a general positive feeling and two final final words - REST IS SUCCESSFUL!
