We are in Turkey for the first time. Before that, they were in Egypt (Sunrise Island View Resort 5 *) so that there was nothing to compare with. Friends who visited Turkey told us that this is the second Crimea. But we, choosing only between five stars and wanting to look at a country where we had not been, still hoped to avoid negativity. And in vain! ! Although I still think that I was just unlucky with the hotel. I re-read all the reviews (there were more negative ones) and I was sure that this was not true, that people were simply already spoiled or simply initially looking for something to complain about.
But now about everything in order. The flight was deliberately chosen with an early arrival and a late departure in order to soak up the Turkish sun longer, so we arrived at the hotel at 9 am. Without tempting fate, they immediately invested 20 dollars. and, unlike Egypt, where they fooled us for a long time, we were immediately settled. In my opinion, the hotel was loaded somewhere by 60-70%, but at the reception everyone was indiscriminately told there were no places, well, then how do you behave. I personally heard and saw how vacationers with children were waiting in the lobby for check-in until 4 pm. The first thing that struck us was the dirty beach. He really looked like the Crimean. There were fewer pebbles than cigarette butts. We drove thousands of miles looking for clean sea, beach, good service, got a terribly dirty beach. And this is without pretensions. after all, Turkey has really risen in price now (for this money we rested in Egypt for 14 days in the spring, but here it turned out only 10), and I did not expect to get a Crimean beach at all. If the waves were from Kemer, the garbage was carried out into the sea, which apparently was on the beach, and therefore sometimes after lunch the water was not entirely clean. But it's good that at least we were lucky with the water temperature. Don't be afraid to go to Turkey in September - the water was 28-26 degrees all the time and it's not very hot outside. In short, it turned out that all the negative reviews were justified verbatim. Indeed, the restaurant is dirty and not cleaned. But this is either the mentality of this or the manager - it seemed that they were deliberately in no hurry to clean the tables, so that they would not be occupied and then not cleaned several times. In Egypt, we remember that as soon as a plate is freed, it is immediately removed from under the hands. Here, you may have to put everything together yourself in order to sit down at a table. The biggest problem is poorly washed glasses, and a constant lack of cutlery. If something from the menu ended, they were in no hurry to bring it, especially in a restaurant by the beach. It was also necessary to ask for meat or baklava to be taken out (it seemed that they kept all this in the kitchen).
Very disappointed with the a la carte restaurants. I don't know how they get out in season. But after standing in line for about 45 minutes, which can only be taken at 9 am (as indicated there) near the hospitality, it turned out right on me that there were no places and that they say come tomorrow (you can’t sign up in advance) at 9 am and still stand in line, in order to try your luck, since there are only 64 places in restaurants, and the hotel is huge, it is difficult to even imagine how many vacationers can accommodate. So it is not difficult to calculate the chances of getting into restaurants, by the way there are 3 of them, and not as they advertise 5. And we left this idea.

In a room for $ 1, they cleaned well, although for some reason they always changed two of the three pillowcases when changing the bedding.
The child (5 years old) was bored. Animation we did not like - monotonously without enthusiasm. I was told that Turkish animation is just right for children, but I didn’t see it.
The territory is large, but in my opinion there are no gardeners there. The lawn is yellow, in the bushes further away you can find a bunch of garbage. So walk along the alleys and not a step to the right or left. It was felt that there was no good manager in the hotel to take care of everything.
But there is no limit to the indignation at the expense of the beach. I don’t know how you can let a child play in such sand. The sand should at least be washed, and they collected foam plastic dishes twice a day and leveled the sand with a rake in the morning. And it’s not only Russians (as many say) that crap, vacationers from countries neighboring Turkey (there are more than half of them) are worse than ours, where they smoked there and poked it in the sand, the peach ate a stone in the sand.
The public toilets were also poorly cleaned. if still in the building at least somehow, then on the beach in the women's toilet the water is always bone-deep.
They said that in Turkey the food is good. I don’t know, but I would say that in Egypt, if it weren’t for the spice in seasonings, it’s better. Baklava, except for baklava, which was always in short supply and had to beg, was tasteless. The main food is pasta, french fries and rice. On the third day, our child was poisoned, and we guessed what - the fruits were poorly washed, and the grapes were generally unwashed. So you have to wash everything yourself.
The hotel is not a five, at best 4 *. Dirty, not cleaned, bad service. We understood that in Turkey you need to go at least to Savoy or Hilton, but the price there is scary to even think about. And is it worth it. If in Egypt for the money you can have a great rest.
