In the guest book I found a wonderfully apt name for this hotel: Horror de Nightmare.
Of course, not everything is so bad. But! It is definitely not worth the money, it does not deserve its 5 stars.
They were very stupid, they bought a ticket without first reading the reviews and believing the tour. agent (oh, Julia, more than once I remembered you). Led to the pictures.
The territory is actually very beautiful: the view of the hotel against the background of the mountains is simply fabulous, many pools, a lot of space, all sorts of tables and gazebos - there is where to walk and turn around. But inside the hotel, all the charm immediately disappears. Believe me, this is not the whining of a fastidious young lady, I am a very unpretentious person.

In the room, the floor was covered with carpet - in terrible bright pink spots, dirty, never in my life had I seen a vacuum cleaner or even a rag. Broken ceiling, some moldy food in the closet, bone-deep swamp in the bathroom. For two days they tried to get to eliminate this swamp, as a result, a friend had to clean everything himself. True, the puddle was returning - the jacuzzi, the shower and the toilet were leaking together, and the planners did not think of making an exhaust hood and an additional drain in the floor - but at least not on such a scale. Our door lock was supplied almost separately from the door)
Cleaning the room took 1.5 minutes (I watched it several times): they take away the garbage, puff with a freshener and straighten the blanket. Bed linen and towels were changed once during the entire stay and only after we composted the brain of the guest relation for 2 hours and did not move away until we got what we needed (we would have spat, but I was sick, I really wanted to wrap myself in a blanket and suffer , but neither a blanket nor a duvet cover was observed).
The bar really stinks. Actually some kind of vomit. And armchairs with sofas with plush upholstery look. . . m. . . unappetizing. . . but in combination with the smell; )
There are no complaints about the food: there was a very varied menu, there was enough of everything. Even ice cream is delicious, not water.
I also liked the beach: a good entrance to the water, enough sunbeds.
In general, if you don’t enter the room and the hotel, then everything is fine (we ended up having a very good rest). But having paid a significant amount for a ticket, it is not normal to run around and beg to change a towel at least once in 12 days, try not to look at the floor and other surfaces of the room and plug your nose in the lobby.
In general, the place is good, but ruined.
If you haven't bought your ticket yet, don't.
