I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone because of 2 main disadvantages (in terms of price / quality ratio).
1. SETTLEMENT. At first we were settled on floor 0, in room 2202. Everything seems to be fine, beautiful - even at first they were delighted. Until we went to bathe. It turns out that this room is for the disabled. There is no bathtub, there is a shower. All water from the bathroom goes into the room. After wrangling at the reception, they gave us another room....on the -1 floor, No. 2116. To be honest, we did not even imagine that there could be such a thing in a 5-star deluxe hotel. The main drawback is the terrible dampness, you sleep in a damp bed, in the morning - all things are damp. Dampness is already felt at the entrance to the -1 floor. Also, no light enters this room - in the end, in the morning, afternoon and evening - everything is dark, like in a cellar, and plus it's still damp : ) In short, complete relaxation... And it was all in the late afternoon...
The next morning we went to the guide with a request to exchange rooms. The guide came to the reception - said that they would change the room tomorrow. Everything would be fine, only a lot of money was paid for this hotel, but it’s somehow bad in my soul... and the days go by, but the room, oh, how it doesn’t please...
We went ourselves to the reception to the Russian-speaking girl Elena. Elena said that she could change the number for us only the day after tomorrow. And then my roof was blown off. We approached the guide and said that we understand everything, of course, they, as always, do not have a number, etc. (false), but people will be new settled today? - they will!... In short, the guide began to excuse himself, why did we go to the reception without him, tomorrow they would have moved us....And then I lost all my nerves... I tell him, all respected - change the hotel for us! In this room - I have no more foot, you can’t sleep there - all sanitary standards are violated.
This option did not suit the hotel, and lo and behold - suddenly, out of nowhere, a room appeared on the 3rd floor, No. 308...
Then they also changed the hair dryer, from which, when turned on, a flame went out and it began to melt...

Fruits: oranges, apples, watermelons, melons, grapes, peaches, plums. Sunday - improved food. Vegetables come across sour, carrots, onions. Those. before taking them, you had to smell them... Sweet by the end of the meal was not replenished with delicious (custard cakes, for example).
POOR SERVICE in a restaurant: you serve yourself : ) During the entire meal, not a single waiter may come up, while they are very kind to you. They don’t serve the table again (they don’t change the tablecloth - you sit at a dirty one), there are no napkins.
Once my husband wet his T-shirt and went to dinner without it. So the manager almost died and already called the girl from the Guest Relations Service. The husband explained to the girl that next time he would definitely come in a T-shirt. : ) BUT it will be next time. The most interesting thing is when the manager was so intensely interested in her husband's bare torso - for some reason he did not notice that we had been sitting for half an hour and no one deigned to serve us, we go for appliances ourselves, for napkins and drinks - even more so...
