This is the staff: upon arrival at the hotel - without smiles, with an expression on your face - that you eat and eat everything here, upon check-in - we paid for a room overlooking the garden, we are settled in a room overlooking the wall, really a brick wall. And until we made a noise at the reception, a guy named Iskander stood with a stone face and taught us what a garden room is, of course they changed our room, but no one even apologized. In general, such rooms - with a view from the room on the wall - should not be in any room of any hotel in the world !! ! Spoiled us the first days of our stay in the hotel! Otherwise, there are no complaints about the hotel, it really meets all standards, with the exception of the animation, perhaps - a little boorish animators !!! !
