Came to this hotel by accident - a replacement for a canceled tour to Spain. Recently we were in nearby Simena, so we had a rough idea where we were going. We were on the road for about 10 hours, at night, we were tired. Everyone has already written about an individual transfer - yes, it really pleases. We arrived at the hotel around 8 in the morning, at the reception we were asked to come after 10, this also pleased us, we often checked in after 12, or even after 14.
Changed clothes, walked around the territory. The territory is beautiful, clean, well-groomed, with landscape design, we liked it. Came up after 10. My wife and I ALWAYS try to be polite and friendly, to communicate with people with a smile. We asked the registrar ASYIA (or ASIYA) for a QUIET NON-SMOKING room, got the key and went into the room. It felt like we were right in the ashtray. The room was absolutely smoky. And we realized that the usual attraction for Turkey and Egypt was starting - give money for a good number. It was unexpected for a hotel of this level.
Then ASIYA offered us three different rooms, two of which were generally single with a single bed, one (304th) was right in the hall next to a large double elevator that makes a sharp sound every time it rises to the floor. All this time we remained extremely polite, smiling and asking for a QUIET room. After the fourth issue we watched, ASYIA irritably asked what exactly did not suit us, I listed what exactly, and she offered to solve the problems as follows - "a smoky room can be ventilated, and what is noisy - so we have all the standards, if you want a higher class room - pay extra $10 per night.

But we didn't want to get a penthouse for our money, we needed a NORMAL standard. In response to my polite objections, from ASYIA I heard the FIRST TIME in 13 years of my travels the phrase "if you don't like everything, GO TO THE GUIDE. CHANGE THE HOTEL". Almost all this time, an elderly Turk was standing next to the counter. After a short meeting with him, ASYIA gave us the key to room 327 - it was economy, without a balcony, but still the best of what we had seen before. At least there were two full beds. Frustrated by all of the above, we were happy about this.

BEACH - wide, clean, old but clean sunbeds, wicker umbrellas, wooden paths. We spent almost all our beach time on the pier.

NUTRITION - it is difficult to evaluate, it is very subjective - someone likes it, someone does not. There is a lot of everything, chicken, beef, lamb, fish - everything is cooked in several ways. Vegetables, fruits, sweets - you can always choose something. Once they gave some salmon fish.

DRINKS - as the bartender at the pool bar said "we've got it all" : ). Well, maybe not all, but really a lot, and pretty decent quality.
STAFF - friendly, friendly, patient bartenders will always meet you halfway, mix an exotic cocktail for you, brew Turkish coffee. Thank you all for making our holiday very enjoyable. Friendly, unobtrusive waiters in the main restaurant, and in the a la carte restaurant. Pleasant guest service staff (now I regret that I did not contact them about the problem with the room, maybe they could help).

ANIMATION - well, maybe someone likes it when a healthy bald guy is loudly called a baby, but somehow I'm not thrilled. No, well, everything is clear - sea-sun-rest-humor, but for 8 days listening to the cries of "baby-muff", although not addressed to me, was not pleasing. Every evening the hotel had a new show program. Sometimes it was interesting.
