We are deeply disappointed. After reading the positive reviews, we chose this hotel and now we are very sorry. The territory is really good, the nature around is beautiful, the sea is clean, the hotel has its own beach. This is where the pluses end.
In order:
1) We checked into the hotel shortly after opening. It turned out that the hotel was not ready to receive guests. The staff is not trained - they are twitching, trying to do 5 things at the same time, panic and nervousness - the service is at 0. The air conditioning did not work, in stuffiness and standing after the road, they stuck at the reception for more than an hour.
2) We took a standard room for three - in a 5-star hotel room (! ) 1 double bed + extra bed in the form of a mattress on the floor! 5 stars!! ! Mattresses on the floor!!!
3) The furniture in the room is old, the cabinet door is falling off, a piece of marble from the sink is chipped off in the bathroom, the doors are held on rickety hinges, the walls are not washed from whitewash or disinfectants.
4) Food is generally gloom! What ol inclusive? What is the ultra plus? The fact that food is put on your plate in the "as stolen" mode is not so bad. The choice of dishes is just miserable - 2-4 chicken options, 1 type of fried fish and meatballs from who knows what - the same thing every day. Vegetables - and those periodically there is nothing to choose! Most of the food is tasteless. Some of the dishes are completely inedible. Of course, you won’t die of hunger, but you can’t call it all-inclusive either.
