The tour was bought in the RTC in Kemer Beldibi in the Sir Santana 3*** hotel from August 19 to August 27.2008. Our company consisted of 2 girls 25-27 years old.
Meeting company in Antalya Eray Tour RTK. Upon arrival at the hotel at about 9 pm, we were taken somewhere without explaining anything - it turned out that there were no places in our hotel and we were taken to the Zara hotel across the road (as it turned out later, some of its rooms belong to Sir Santana, some to others hotels). At the same time, to the dining room, to the safe, bar, etc. I should have gone to Sir Santana.
The room is normal, instead of a 2-bed, it turned out to be 3. True, there was no hair dryer, hot water was extremely rare. Cleaning every day, but the linen was never changed. Towels were changed after leaving a tip. The room has a small balcony, refrigerator, TV (not configured).
Food - tasty, varied and almost for every taste, there are few fruits and drinks like Zuko.

The hotel (both Sir Santana and Zara) has a very small area and a small pool. There is absolutely no entertainment.
The beach is quite tolerable, it takes about ten minutes to walk to it through a busy central road, there are sunbeds (more - broken), beach towels are not issued, there is no bar on the beach.
The next day after arrival, we met with our guide Yulia. She told us about the excursions, she told us not to buy on the street. Nevertheless, we bought two excursions, and with one of them we were almost thrown, but the money was returned. Through Yulia, they bought diving for two, one of us could not go - she fell ill, and the guide did not return the money for it to us, although she promised and swore. So the question is: who is worse, a street agency or Eray Tour RTK?
