My husband and I flew to rest for the first time. With the help of a travel agent, we chose a country (we chose between Turkey and Egypt) and a hotel. The tour operator warned us right away that the hotel was something between 3 and 4.

Upon arrival, we very comfortably got to the hotel itself. Thanks a lot to the TUI travel company for the excellent transfer (when all the people got on the first bus, they realized that the air conditioners were not working and immediately transferred everyone to another bus (when it was +40 outside).
We got to the hotel for dinner. Upon arrival, we were told that there were no available rooms, check-in would be at 14:00. We were booked, we went for lunch and walked around the hotel. They settled us in the room at 14:30 . . despite the fact that we were sitting near the reception and the husband after a while went and asked when we would be settled. When we went to the room, we expected the worst, but the room has everything for a comfortable stay, the most important thing is that the air conditioner works! The room surprised us.
Food: we liked it. During our stay on vacation, we were not hungry, everything was very tasty! There are lunch and afternoon snacks.
Room cleaning: cleaned every day. They just washed the floor, the sink in the bathroom and wiped the dust. When we left "for tea" - we changed the bed and towels.
Entertainment in the hotel: there are animators. If you are going on holiday with the whole family - this hotel is for you. But for young couples without children, I would advise another hotel (unless, of course, you are not embarrassed by the eternal noise of small children and women of the "jazhema" kind)
Bar: alcoholic drinks - light beer and 3 types of wine, non-alcoholic - juices diluted with water, cola fanta sprite, also coffee and tea. Everything is poured into small glasses.
And one more thing: I am simply amazed by our people. There were more Russians than Ukrainians, Kazakhs and Turks. And here's the situation - we come to the pool at the hotel (or the beach does not matter) in the pool bathes on the strength of three people, but at the same time all the sunbeds are occupied. People just leave their towels on the sunbeds and go to the room to sleep, eat, etc. This is simply amazing and infuriating. People UNDERSTAND that you are not alone in the hotel!! ! Moreover, we noticed that the Turks who rested in the hotel do not do this. And one more thing: dear mothers with children from 15 years old, please explain to your already adult children that at breakfast, lunch and dinner, when there is a buffet with food, you don’t need and you can’t come up and taste the food with your finger !! ! Or put one thing on your plate, then put it all back! Going on vacation - so teach your children the elementary rules of etiquette!
