We rested at the Beldiana Hotel (4 stars) in August 2010.

I will make a reservation right away. My wife and child are 14 years old, I basically liked the rest, although the child practically did not leave the room.
However, my expectations from such a "wonderful" holiday were not justified.
To begin with, in terms of interior decoration, food and quality of service, the hotel does not pull even 3 stars.

Briefly about the arrival and decoration of the hotel: Issued at the entrance to the first floor in room 107, if someone rested on the first floor nearby, he will understand. Next to the front door of the room, plaster was falling off the wall in huge pieces, which immediately spoiled my mood personally. The room smelt of dampness, there was a smell of sewerage from the nearby storm drain, the carpet on the floor also had an unpleasant smell and appearance, the furniture in the room (together with the carpet) was "pioneer-camp" unpleasantly blue, the bathroom pulled a maximum of 1 point with a hole in floor, most likely intended for draining water. In general, everything that was in the advertising booklet on the hotel website, we did not see anything. I decided to immediately go to the reception and ask to be transferred to another room, but given the fact that the check-in took place at 03.00 local time, the Turkish boy asked to come the next morning due to the lack of free rooms (he gave money - they took it, but did not transfer it ( 20 c. u. )). Subsequently, at the convincing request, they transferred only on the 3rd day to the 3rd floor. (Neighbors living with us in room 106 were not transferred at all until their departure).
In the new room, the situation was similar, except for the absence of a hole in the bathroom floor.
After talking with the neighbors, I realized that all the rooms were of the same finish, in addition, in some rooms on the first floors, there were tiles on the floor.
Now about the food: the food is quite monotonous, no new salads and dishes. When chicken meat was fried (about every other day), the cook put a certain portion on the plates and was very indignant when they asked (not only me) to report more. Fruit is a different story. For the entire stay, grapes were given twice and strictly one branch per hand, when distributing apples, two or three apples were given out no more, peaches were given once and also in portions. after such distribution, I was honestly dumbfounded and could not understand why I paid all inclusive. During dinner, there were no empty seats and often had to wait until the tables were free. On the street near the pool, every day they fried cakes (and all), which were also handed out strictly in three or four pieces. Beer was poured only into glass containers to exclude its removal to the sea, which is located 200 meters from the bar. The bar did not make any cocktails, and apart from raki, gin, vodka, beer and red and white wine, there was nothing included in the all-inclusive formula. Near the pools, there were not enough sun loungers. On the beach, apart from the water from the dispenser, which, as they found out, was taken from the water supply, there was nothing. By the way, the dispensers at the hotel were turned off at 24:00, and if someone did not have time to get water in advance, they had to go to the store.
Now about the pleasant: even though the beach is small (50 meters), in any case, we had enough places for everyone. In the dining room, the dishes were quickly cleaned, sometimes almost from the mouth : )). The crowd entertainers worked well, the presence of a sufficient number of different shops near the hotel, well, that's all.

Conclusion: the maximum rating of the hotel is three with a minus and rest for an amateur, maybe I find fault with comparison with Cyprus, where I rested in 4 and 5 stars. According to conversations with vacationers, the cost of similar tours in TEZ TUR was 80.000 rubles.
My personal opinion - I will not go to this hotel again and I do not advise you.
