We rested in June 2007 from TezTour. The hotel was chosen as the most economical of the proposed ones, so the reviews with applications for prescribed 4 * are puzzling - the price speaks for itself, what did you hope for? Or did your tour operator charge you for 5 stars? The hotel really had enough cons, but for our money we got even more than we expected.
Now more about the pros and cons. Over the past 5 years, a lot could have changed, incl. sorry if that's not right.
Minuses. What was most depressing was the squalor of the situation. I do not ask for brand new carpets in the room, but at dinner, looking at the old, crumpled tablecloths in holes, lined plates and, to match them, the washed out uniform of clumsy waiters, was sometimes dreary. It did not add to the joy that in 2 weeks the maid did not wipe the imprint of a child's palm from the window glass, which indicates the thoroughness of the cleaning, although the dollar was left daily. By the way, the maid was a very nice woman, we met when one day they didn’t find out after cleaning the towels.

The second significant disadvantage was . . Russians : ) But this is already a byword.
Speaking about the clumsy waiters, I was not joking, although I slightly exaggerated, one of them knocked over a whole row of saucers prepared for tea drinking. It's a pity for the guy, I suppose they calculated it later.
It is still not pleasant that settling into a room begins with a bribe. For 20 dollars, we were immediately moved from the first floor with windows to the gate, to the third floor with a view of the ever-empty courts and a side view of the sea. We liked it - who is not interested in evening animation, but wants silence - that's it.
You can safely close your eyes to the disadvantages listed above, because. the price compensates, but there is one point that can spoil the impression for those who travel exactly "by the sea" - because of the mountains, the daylight hours in Beldian are shortened, and significantly.
Pros. In addition to cost, an important, even defining condition was the presence of a green area. In Turkey, this is often a problem, but here - palm trees, arborvitae, flower beds and trestle beds under the canopy of trees. In the evening they were sold out, because. sitting outdoors after dinner was very relaxing.
The food was good, I especially liked it . . rice, which they cooked in different forms. Those who do not like mayonnaise salads were given the opportunity to pick up already chopped vegetables and pour over the sauce of their choice. In the mornings and evenings, the chef treated us to pancakes, meat, etc. , prepared with his own hands. There were a great many sweets, but most of all I liked the Turkish pretzels with sesame seeds, it's a pity we don't bake these.

I saw many hotels, even 5 *, whose guests needed to overcome the highway to get to the sea, but here, having passed along the bridge, we crossed only the service lane. There was no feeling of an elbow on the beach, though there weren’t enough mattresses for everyone, but there were always sun loungers and umbrellas. The hotel beach on the left has always been empty - according to rumors, it was given to Nursultan Nazarbayev, the rumors have not been verified, but it is a big plus that the water area has increased due to this. In June there was a strong excitement, incl. most often went down the pier.
On the whole, we were very pleased with the rest, especially considering that we spent very little time at the hotel - we went on excursions, maybe I will write more about them later.
