Отель - разочарование. The hotel is a disappointment.

We had a family vacation from August 29 to September 07 (2 adults and 2 children).
The hotel was chosen for a long time, including reviews. I didn’t want to believe the negative reviews, we hoped that this was a subjective assessment of tourists, but, alas, most of the shortcomings turned out to be a reality!
Pros:
- wonderful nature! Stunning mountain landscapes and clear transparent sea
- quite tasty and varied food. Sea fish was served every day for lunch and dinner. The variety of meat dishes was large and sufficient not to get bored.
Minuses:

- a constant feeling of dirt around: garbage lying everywhere in the bushes and on the paths (cigarette butts, napkins, empty beer bottles); food overturned in a restaurant can lie on the floor for 5-10 minutes; bad smell in public toilets; one day garbage was floating in the sea near the beach (from apple cores to women's pads), and all this garbage was removed by the vacationers themselves, none of the staff bothered to catch it even with a net for cleaning pools.
- poor children's animation: the kids club is open strictly at certain hours, and for us personally the hours were extremely inconvenient - in the morning, when we were with the children at sea (from 10 to 12), in the afternoon, when the children were sleeping and again at the sea (from 14 to 18) and late evening (from 21:30 to 22:30). A couple of times we went to the club with the children to play - there were not a single toy in the children's club, both times we got to watch cartoons collectively : ((
- the hotel is oriented, first of all, NOT FOR CHILDREN, but for adults. Hence - a meager children's menu (from dietary dishes boiled carrots, corn, chicken and fish; for breakfast - milk porridge); the playground is small and located in the sun, disco sounds until 2 am daily! Neither the closed balcony, nor the closed windows saved from loud music and screams of vacationers.
The day of departure was especially disappointing.
We left at 4 am. The day before, I asked at the reception if it was possible to call someone to help with the suitcases (the room was on the second floor and several steep stairs led to it) - the answer is "of course"! Realities - after calling the reception before leaving, the duty officer rudely replied that he was alone there and our problems with the suitcase did not bother him . .
Separately, there was a question about how to eat in the middle of the night, or at least take a lunch box with you. At the same reception there was an announcement that there were no lunch boxes in the hotel, but from 3:00 to 6:00 the main restaurant was open, where you can have breakfast. THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST AT THE SPECIFIED TIME IN THE RESTAURANT!! ! Breakfast was leftovers from the evening on several trays - a few half-stale buns, a piece of cheese and a bowl of honey! ! (see photo below). When asked where the promised breakfast was, the answer was: "Everything is there. Go and look. "
I do not advise anyone to choose this hotel for their vacation!!

A lot of money will be wasted and the number of troubles that will have to be faced will spoil the long-awaited vacation, as was the case in our case.
