We rested at the hotel in May before its official opening. By the way, then we read that on June 19, President Erdogan came to the opening of NG Phaselis Bay 5*. The restaurant is good. So it is a well-thought-out policy of the hotel not to renovate the bungalows, but to make money on relocation from the abandoned Club rooms to the Hill rooms, which, by the way, also require some repairs. In general, the main attraction of the hotel is DIRT! She is everywhere: in the rooms, the dining room, the bars, the beach. Cleaning is done very rarely. Tables and bar counters are sticky and smelly. Dirty tablecloths and floors. Glassware is always dirty, you have to drink from paper cups, as if you were not in a restaurant or bar, but in a street eatery. The food is monotonous, limited, poor cooking, disgusting service. The territory, although large, is all built up with bungalows and buildings, so walking only along the paths between them. The only plus is the picturesque area and the sea. Everyone - Good day everyone! Are you going on vacation and choosing a hotel in Turkey, or maybe in Kemer? !
We as a family (husband and daughter 6 months old) rested at the beginning of May 3-10.2015 near Kemer in the town of Goyniuk in a hotel called Club Phaselis Hotel.
We flew from Vilnius for 3 hours, upon arrival we went through passport control and at the exit from the airport the tour operator Novatur was waiting for us. We told the name of our hotel and we were told the number of the bus that will take us to our hotel. After 1 hour, (on the way to our hotel we stopped at 4, transported vacationers) at 11.00 we were at the “Club Phaselis Hotel”, approaching the central building, we need to drive through a small abandoned park-forest ...So that we ourselves hardly want to leave the hotel somewhere to get out. But the Territory of the "Club Phaselis Hotel" is of such size that we did not want and did not need to go somewhere else ....
And so we arrived at 11.00 and the room had to wait until 14.20, but check-in according to the rules of the hotel from 14.00.
While waiting for a room, it was possible to use all the bars and services of the hotel except for the room, we decided not to leave our suitcases and waited in the hall, treated ourselves to coffee and gin with sprite ....
ROOM (Club Superior): After we got the room, it turned out that this is a bungalow on the 2nd floor, do not be shy, you paid money and you can ask to change the room, which we did because we have a small child and a stroller that is not sip on the stairs ...The room with a balcony seems to be clean, bright, with a beautiful view of the sea but there are stains on the floor (but after returning from the beach several times it became clear that stains were inevitable. The towels in the room were changed every day, the bar too replenished every day (free mini bar: Turkish beer, Pepsi, 7 up, water with gas and without gas), the bed was changed every second day.
Seeing that the baby and I brought the playpen to us (we didn’t use it, it didn’t seem too clean, but they pulled out the mattress and made our own barricades, it was even more convenient than the playpen. On the sites they write that there is a kettle in the room, there are NO TEAPOTs in the room and they DO NOT GIVE! We had to rinse the bottles with boiling water and need boiling water for the mixture (we took boiling water in any bar, fortunately we had a thermos, and we didn’t have to run every feeding) Drinking water in closed bottles, you can ask at any bar, I didn't have any problems with that, but I had to wash my face with cold water and wash my daughter's butt in the shower, because only summer water flowed in the washbasin. The room has a safe, refrigerator, TV, telephone, WFi and air conditioning.
On the balcony there are two wicker chairs and a glass table, in the room there is a couch and two armchairs, a table, 2 beds: single and double. There is a wardrobe with hangers and a table with a mirror. We had all the amenities except a kettle.
TERRITORY: A beautiful peninsula with 3 beaches (Pirso-shaped pebble beach (plastic sunbeds), a pier near the pool with slides (with wooden sunbeds) and a wild artificial beach for those who want to protect themselves from all non-natural sounds, (there are plastic sunbeds but you can and relax on the pebbles), every day you can get a clean beach towel near the Spa.
The sea is transparent, the bottom is rocky (there were no sea urchins), if you throw white bread, then the fish are in the sea, like in an aquarium.
The peninsula is convenient in that if on one side the wind and waves are calm and there are no waves on the other.
There are 3 bars along the beach, one of them has ice cream and all the main alcoholic drinks, the other "Snack bar" you can have a bite (french fries, fish, chicken, pizza, you can make a hamburger with lamb cutlet yourself, there are fresh salads and most alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks). alcoholic drinks, for an additional fee you can buy fresh squeezed juice) and a third bar for drinks only.
On the beaches there are showers with fresh-fresh water.
The territory is located on a peninsula that goes uphill, a lot of greenery. There are toilets everywhere, which is important with small children.

Children's (the depth for an adult is knee-deep everywhere (temperature is about +27 degrees, and 2 small slides for the smallest) near the pool there is a huge ship (protects from the wind from the sea) playroom for children, where there is always an animator for children 3-4.
The central pool turns from shallow to deep (there are many sunbeds around, Wfi, Bars with alcohol and other drinks), and 5. To be honest, we didn’t reach the pool for 7 days, only we saw it from the restaurant, it is located in a park on a mountain, there are sunbeds.
BARS: and as we wrote earlier 3 bars along the beach (alcohol, tea, coffee, ice cream, a bar near the central pool, a bar near the reception. ) There are also all sorts of eateries near the central pool (Pide cakes (traditional with cheese, meat and potatoes) ) you will always find a snack where ....
RESTAURANTS: at the beginning of May there were only two main ones, where you can always have breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had breakfast and lunch in a restaurant between the central pool and the sea in style (relaxation in the village) and had dinner on the 3rd-4th floor in the central building overlooking the sea, pool and hotel area. Very cozy place, for dinner only in this restaurant they gave strawberries.
ANIMATION: Magnificent for children both during the day and in the evening (mini disco), for adults it was rather weak (but this is not the season yet).
SPA: Bath (Hamam, sauna, steam bath) there is a massage center and a gym. We went on day 1 for peeling, and later my husband went for massages, and my daughter and I went to the hammam to warm up. (for a fee only services: peeling, massage ... )
SUMMARY and evaluation:
The hotel is large, green, on the peninsula and the mountain, the sea is clean. The nearest hotels are about 2 km on one side and about 5 km on the other. (+5)

We as a family (husband and daughter 6 months old) rested at the beginning of May 3-10.2015 near Kemer in the town of Goyniuk in a hotel called Club Phaselis Hotel.
We flew from Vilnius for 3 hours, upon arrival we went through passport control and at the exit from the airport the tour operator Novatur was waiting for us. We told the name of our hotel and we were told the number of the bus that will take us to our hotel. After 1 hour, (on the way to our hotel we stopped at 4, transported vacationers) at 11.00 we were at the “Club Phaselis Hotel”, approaching the central building, we need to drive through a small abandoned park-forest ...So that we ourselves hardly want to leave the hotel somewhere to get out. But the Territory of the "Club Phaselis Hotel" is of such size that we did not want and did not need to go somewhere else ....
And so we arrived at 11.00 and the room had to wait until 14.20, but check-in according to the rules of the hotel from 14.00.
While waiting for a room, it was possible to use all the bars and services of the hotel except for the room, we decided not to leave our suitcases and waited in the hall, treated ourselves to coffee and gin with sprite ....
ROOM (Club Superior): After we got the room, it turned out that this is a bungalow on the 2nd floor, do not be shy, you paid money and you can ask to change the room, which we did because we have a small child and a stroller that is not sip on the stairs ...The room with a balcony seems to be clean, bright, with a beautiful view of the sea but there are stains on the floor (but after returning from the beach several times it became clear that stains were inevitable. The towels in the room were changed every day, the bar too replenished every day (free mini bar: Turkish beer, Pepsi, 7 up, water with gas and without gas), the bed was changed every second day.
Seeing that the baby and I brought the playpen to us (we didn’t use it, it didn’t seem too clean, but they pulled out the mattress and made our own barricades, it was even more convenient than the playpen. On the sites they write that there is a kettle in the room, there are NO TEAPOTs in the room and they DO NOT GIVE! We had to rinse the bottles with boiling water and need boiling water for the mixture (we took boiling water in any bar, fortunately we had a thermos, and we didn’t have to run every feeding) Drinking water in closed bottles, you can ask at any bar, I didn't have any problems with that, but I had to wash my face with cold water and wash my daughter's butt in the shower, because only summer water flowed in the washbasin. The room has a safe, refrigerator, TV, telephone, WFi and air conditioning.
On the balcony there are two wicker chairs and a glass table, in the room there is a couch and two armchairs, a table, 2 beds: single and double. There is a wardrobe with hangers and a table with a mirror. We had all the amenities except a kettle.
TERRITORY: A beautiful peninsula with 3 beaches (Pirso-shaped pebble beach (plastic sunbeds), a pier near the pool with slides (with wooden sunbeds) and a wild artificial beach for those who want to protect themselves from all non-natural sounds, (there are plastic sunbeds but you can and relax on the pebbles), every day you can get a clean beach towel near the Spa.
The sea is transparent, the bottom is rocky (there were no sea urchins), if you throw white bread, then the fish are in the sea, like in an aquarium.
The peninsula is convenient in that if on one side the wind and waves are calm and there are no waves on the other.
There are 3 bars along the beach, one of them has ice cream and all the main alcoholic drinks, the other "Snack bar" you can have a bite (french fries, fish, chicken, pizza, you can make a hamburger with lamb cutlet yourself, there are fresh salads and most alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks). alcoholic drinks, for an additional fee you can buy fresh squeezed juice) and a third bar for drinks only.
On the beaches there are showers with fresh-fresh water.
The territory is located on a peninsula that goes uphill, a lot of greenery. There are toilets everywhere, which is important with small children.
And also 4-5 pools 1. (on the beach with slides) 2. Children's (the depth for an adult is knee-deep everywhere (temperature is about +27 degrees, and 2 small slides for the smallest) near the pool there is a huge ship (protects from the wind from the sea) playroom for children, where there is always an animator for children 3-4.
The central pool turns from shallow to deep (there are many sunbeds around, Wfi, Bars with alcohol and other drinks), and 5. To be honest, we didn’t reach the pool for 7 days, only we saw it from the restaurant, it is located in a park on a mountain, there are sunbeds.
BARS: and as we wrote earlier 3 bars along the beach (alcohol, tea, coffee, ice cream, a bar near the central pool, a bar near the reception. ) There are also all sorts of eateries near the central pool (Pide cakes (traditional with cheese, meat and potatoes) ) you will always find a snack where ....
RESTAURANTS: at the beginning of May there were only two main ones, where you can always have breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had breakfast and lunch in a restaurant between the central pool and the sea in style (relaxation in the village) and had dinner on the 3rd-4th floor in the central building overlooking the sea, pool and hotel area. Very cozy place, for dinner only in this restaurant they gave strawberries.
ANIMATION: Magnificent for children both during the day and in the evening (mini disco), for adults it was rather weak (but this is not the season yet).
SPA: Bath (Hamam, sauna, steam bath) there is a massage center and a gym. We went on day 1 for peeling, and later my husband went for massages, and my daughter and I went to the hammam to warm up. (for a fee only services: peeling, massage ... )
SUMMARY and evaluation:
The hotel is large, green, on the peninsula and the mountain, the sea is clean. The nearest hotels are about 2 km on one side and about 5 km on the other. (+5)
Rooms updated but no warm water in the sink and no kettle. Beautiful view from the window (+3)
The food is delicious (European), there are Turkish sweets, fresh cakes, you need to go around everything to try it. There is enough alcohol, but it is weaker (by degrees) than usual, you can drink a lot if you wish ...(+5)
The pools have a very pleasant coating, the water is about +25 degrees on May 3-10. The air was 27-35 degrees. Clean children's pool (water +27 degrees) We and our baby were very comfortable. (+5)
Sports - there is a gym, a field for football, tennis, a volleyball and bachi ground, for an amateur there are paid water activities ...(+5)
Vacationers are mostly Russian-speaking. Family couples. (+5)
Shops - there is a store of gold, leather and furs, bed linen, shorts and swimwear and one mix store there is always something that you can bring as a souvenir, as well as (protective creams, glasses, fins, inflatable accessories, diapers, etc .... ) (+5)
We were very pleased with the rest, convenient with small children. Everything is good except for the little things.
