Hello!
There are a lot of scary reviews here, so I'll leave my impressions.
Pros:
Already repeatedly described: territory, sea, food.
In fact, everything is very good, and even cool at times (the blue flag has confirmed itself).
A good restaurant that has tables in different corners (hall, shady corners, mountain views, and of course, the sea).
In the evening, on the terrace, which is located right above the beach, it is very soulful to drink wine, enjoy the fresh breeze and landscape, and cram a good assortment of UAL snacks into yourself.
Gorgeous rocky beach. Shade from the rock after lunch (during the day, when there are no excursions, I often slept right on the beach, in the shade).
There is room for swimming along the rocks (to the nearest hotel on this side - 500-700 meters).
Big plus - no bracelets!! ! : ) the hotel is on the outskirts - it is almost impossible to get past the guards.

For very small ones - there is a special corner in the restaurant. With a microwave, chairs and small tables and some food (I won’t say more precisely : ) ).
Courts (3pcs) and ping-pong tables (4pcs) are always free. I don’t know about the inventory, we had with us both large and small rackets with balls.
There are 10-15 points for eating and drinking on the territory, however, at different times : )
Minuses:
1. Numbers. We gave 20 bucks, lived on the 2nd floor in a bungalow.
We don’t know about the problems of the 1st floor, but it doesn’t seem to be very good there.
Of course, the number is not new and not super-duper. But we (we visit different hotels 2-3 times a year) did not experience any particular discomfort. As for the air conditioner: The filter is still dirty - I washed it myself in 10 minutes, under the impressions of one of the reviews + You can’t leave it working while you are away (the key turns on the electrical network) - you come home in the afternoon when +40 is overboard, and it takes 15-20 minutes waiting for a comfortable chill.
Bad soundproofing. Probably d. b. questions for those with small children.
2. Were there on August 24 - Independence Day of Ukraine - the Turks, the rednecks did not even bother to somehow celebrate this day and congratulate a significant part of their clientele (our hotel was no less than 30-40 percent). I don’t know if the silence and June 12 is a clear puncture. But if there was a Holiday - then it's even worse, discrimination of the Square : ) : )
3. Slides are weak. If the child is 5-10 years old, it will not be enough for him.
4. Animation. I'm not a fan, but probably rather weak, especially in the evening.
5. It is hot and humid in August (swimsuits do not dry out overnight). But this is a feature of the whole Kemer.
Everything else (pool, a la carte, spa, service, cleaning, drinks, etc. ) are ordinary, Turkish AL.
It's good that the hotel is on a separate rock cape, but on the other hand, the promenade was a bit lacking. There is nowhere to run in the morning and walk in the evening. And to Kemer and to Guynuk not close.

There is a good disco, or rather a place for it. Although the music is up to 2 in the morning, and the backlight and the night soup with a bar are right there, but the clientele is very small. It will probably get better when the school year starts.
In general, I would recommend.
But only for those who do not like to find fault with everything, because. Probably, you can find something for, if you wish.
For your money - not bad.
Igor, Kyiv, 36 years old.
