We arrived at the hotel at 3 am. Even $ 20 did not help move in immediately. Checked in around 10 am. And we are lucky! many wait until 2-3 pm, and initially many are given a room (! ) in the famelyroom on the first day instead of a standard room with another family. There is no TV in the hotel lobby and not 1 socket (the laptop was dead and the wait was excruciating). The room is a standard maximum of 15 meters, no complaints, but decent, good TV, many Russian channels, free WI FI in the room. The central air conditioner worked fine and without interruptions. Minibar - daily free water, though the maids stubbornly forgot to leave it. On the balcony, the clothes dryer is painted with white paint, which heats up in the sun and spoils things. Be careful, as I ruined a new swimsuit on the first day. They clean the rooms very badly. Cleaning consists in changing towels and taking out the garbage, they even forgot to make the bed once....No one will sculpt any swans and other figures from the bedspreads here. On the 6th day, we asked why they didn’t change the bed for us. They changed the sheets, but they said yok (no in Turkish) about the pillowcases . . As a result, the pillowcases were not changed for 10 days. There is carpet on the floor, for 10 days it was vacuumed 1 time when the maid poked a finger into the dirt. The maids understand only Turkish. A separate song is the restaurant....having built the second building, no one thought that there were not enough places in the restaurant. The choice of food is very poor. Food from the trays is literally snatched from the hands. There is no meat, only chicken OR turkey, steamed fish. The taste is so-so. In the month of July, only watermelon, oranges and oak apples are the only fruits! 1 time there were peaches and 1 time hard plums. There were strawberries, slices of bananas and pineapples on the cakes; vacationers took fruit on their plate, and left the cakes on a tray. Dishes from the tables are cleaned badly, especially for breakfast. it seems that the restaurant staff starts work at 8 o'clock, although breakfast starts at 7. We ate pancakes 2 times in 10 days, because it is not clear when they are fried. in 8 of them not yet, at 8-30 it's already gone. Fried eggs here are also a luxury!! ! We have been in Turkey 4 times, but there was no such poor food anywhere. The concept of the hotel declared the service of seasonal fruits from 14 to 15 hours, there was no trace of this. There is a good bar on the beach, from 12 to 16 hours a snack and not bad (pizza, hamburgers, french fries, cucumbers, tomatoes, pickles, cakes, watermelons, oranges). Donuts are baked from 16 to 17.
The beach is quite normal, there are enough sunbeds. Entry into the sea-pebbles. If you have special shoes, there are no problems. The bad thing is that small umbrellas from the sun do not save at all, awnings would be better. With so many people, only 1 tap to wash the sand off your feet!
The territory of the hotel is small, but very beautiful, good swimming pool, jacuzzi. The slides work by the hour. There is a beautiful illuminated fountain in front of the entrance. During lunch and dinner, the bar IN THE LOBBY IS NOT WORKING, THIS IS EXPLAINED BY THE LACK OF STAFF. The contingent of tourists: 60% Moldovans, 20% Russians, 20% others. Europeans units. Animation ends at 22-30. Would we come here again? categorically not, there are too many little things spoiling, in general, it’s not a bad hotel. Well, I wouldn’t recommend it to friends either.

I will add - there are 2 buildings, not 1, as the description says, therefore the restaurant for lunch and especially for dinner is very overloaded. Restaurant 1 not 3. Bar 3 not 4. No BBQ. There is NO doctor and no nurse. There is no one to measure the pressure. They offer to call a doctor at their own expense and according to insurance, MAYBE you will be refunded the money. At the end of the village there are 2 supermarkets - Migros and VIM, the price is several times cheaper than in shops. They take any currency, and change is given in lira.
