Good food, beautiful compact area,
It was important that the area of Kemer, a good, clean hotel, with good food and close to the sea, since the purpose of the trip was to take the children, 1.5 years and 13 years old, to the sea, and of course fit into the budget.
In this hotel, my family was faced with a simply boorish attitude, spoiling our entire holiday! In the hotel, by the way, almost half of the Poles, but they are just nice and calm people. But Turks! At best, this is just complete ignorance and indifference, at worst - rudeness! On the second day of our stay at this hotel, the receptionist Hakan allowed himself in relation to my family and me in particular, not just rudeness, but humiliation and insult in a raised tone.
And all because I came up for the third time in a day to charge the cards from the room, yes, I was upset, because I have a very small child and walk in the heat back and forth with him in my arms (we lived in building B, this another building), walking and charging cards several times a day when you can’t get into the room is very unpleasant. As a result, this man, in broken Russian, began to shout at me, turned to "you", waved his hand so that I, as he shouted, "get out", and constantly repeated "but who are you! ". He shouted, insulted me, and I was with a one and a half year old child, among other things. He brought me to tears, my hands just shook from this, I, a guest in this hotel, was so offended by a woman with a child.
In short, we had one desire, to leave this hotel for another, any hotel. But it did not work out, the host of the Anex tour did not help us at all (but that's another story).
In the hotel, no one even apologized for the behavior of their employee, we conclude that the hotel management treats us in the same way.
If you go there and everything suits you, then everything is fine, but if you have problems, or you are dissatisfied with something, as I was quite reasonably dissatisfied, then the attitude will be like an enemy.
This is very unpleasant. All the remaining days, and we only arrived for 6 days, there was no more financial opportunity, I went around the reception so that God forbid to see this person, and it was very unpleasant to be in this hotel.
This man had absolutely no control over himself, and at the end, when I told him "stop yelling at me, respect me, I'm your guest! ", he generally said, now I'll call your guide, you will be evicted from here!
I was seriously scared, because I read a couple of negative reviews about this hotel, but I didn’t believe it, but in vain. There, one woman wrote that there was Russophobia in the hotel and their relatives were kicked out of this hotel!
But about the hotel, of course, through the prism of my unpleasant stay there. But objectively regarding the cons.
Good :
- room (Family Superior in block B, large and with a huge balcony).
- ice cream and fresh waffles in the afternoon.
Plozoe:
- Food - like in a sanatorium, everything is boiled - stewed, meat - chicken and turkey, sometimes fish. Several times drinks were brought in broken glasses, you can see in the photo.
- in the interval from 16 to 19 there is no food anywhere. This was problematic for us, since I have a small child, and she eats after sleep, at about 17.
- The beach - it is not! It is so small that it is simply not able to accommodate even half of the vacationers, at 10:00 there are no lizhaks at all, everyone is lying on top of each other.
Conclusion: the attitude towards Russians is bad, and unfortunately, my family and I felt it to the full, completely spoiled holiday, "thanks" to the manager Hakan for our spoiled holiday.
And of course, in this hotel never and never again, and to no one. And never again will I go through Anekstur.
We arrived at the hotel around 9 am, while we were filling out the documents, we were immediately put on bracelets. We left our things at the reception and went to breakfast. About 12 we were already settled in building B. The rooms are in excellent condition, everything is in order, clean. The room has air conditioning, TV 32", a kettle with coffee and tea, a mini-bar with sweet and mineral water - everything was replenished as needed or upon request. Cleaned every day.
The food, pastries, desserts and cakes in the restaurant are delicious and eat as much as you like, you don’t impose it yourself - the waiters are serving. Alcoholic local as elsewhere, Tuborg beer is not bad, cocktails. At the lobby at any time you can drink delicious Turkish coffee, cocktails, water, beer, pies and cakes, ice cream of two or three flavors, usually. There are two outdoor pools, one with smaller slides and the other large. On the ground floor in the main building A - a sauna, massages and another pool, by appointment. Near the outdoor pool is the Pool bar, and next to it, delicious Turkish gozlime cakes with meat and cheese fillings are baked. The territory is green, beautiful and well-groomed. 3 minutes to the beach, on the beach there is a bar with beer and drinks and a snack bar with french fries, hamburgers, fruits, pastries, etc.
Summary: we liked it, we recommend it for families with children.
Small reviews:

The hotel was chosen by the reviews and appearance passing near it.
The hotel is beautiful, despite the fact that it is 4 *. The food is good, always varied and tasty, there were a lot of delicious fruits and an abundance of sweets.
The check-in was fast, we were surprised ourselves, we had the 4th floor in building * B * with a view of the fountain. The rooms were cleaned every day (it was always clean, the mini bar was full and they didn’t forget about the towels) I was pleased with the presence of a kettle in the room and tea / coffee.
I was very pleased with the animation, namely the evening show programs, every evening they were like on a holiday with new show programs.
Despite the fact that this is the second line, we walked to the sea with a child for 3 minutes, Karl, 3 minutes))), there was a bar on the beach, by the way, you could have a good bite at 11:30 - fruits, fish , meat, burgers, french fries and more...
The staff is very friendly, I especially remember the guys in the lobby bar (Kan and the red-haired girl) and the security guard at the exit from the Kader hotel.
I recommend the hotel to everyone, a great place for a family vacation!
Magnificent view of the mountains, which is visible from different parts of the hotel. It's mesmerizing.
Recommended for relaxation!
