Terrible hotel. We had a rest last year, everything was good. This year the service is generally absent, the food is also much worse than last year. The rooms are not ready for occupancy, tourists on the day of arrival are moved to another incomprehensible mini-hotel for a day, offering free WI-FI in return. Having talked to the resting guests, it is clear that the hotel administration practices this with almost all its guests. They do not provide any information at the reception, they behave rudely, in a word, I do not recommend it!! !
