As for the hotel itself, outwardly everything is pompous, but after living in it for 10 days everything immediately becomes clear, everything has been done to attract more people. The rooms are cleaned somehow, you pay to change the bedding. We gave money, changed the bedding, moved a rag in the middle of the room, scattered all the dirt in the corners and under the bed, and the bathroom remained dirty as it was. Towels type white, actually gray with hanging threads. The toilet stinks of sewerage, there is mold on the ceiling in the shower. There are only two sockets in the room for three, if you want to charge your phone you need to sit in the room, because when you leave you need to pull out the card, respectively, all the electricity in the room is turned off, including the meager refrigerator. Also in the room for three there is one closet, in which there is one shelf and three hangers, there is not much place to place things. The only thing that can be noted as a plus is the presence of air conditioning and more or less comfortable beds (I was lucky out of three, one approached me, the rest went to my husband and son). When leaving the room, the air conditioner of course turns off, so entering from the heat of 36 degrees into a cool room will not work. About the food and the "canteen", which tour operators and advertisers call the buffet. There is a lot of food itself, but it is not all tasty, everything that is tasty is swept away instantly, almost every day the same assortment. Sanitary nightmare. Flies crawl on food everywhere, tourists cut bread themselves, respectively, they take the loaf they like with their hands, having shoveled each one lying there before. Salads are put out two hours before dinner on "cooled" tables, this is with such heat, by the end of dinner where they stand stinks of sour. From meat, liver, offal, chicken, by the tenth day of rest they make you sick. The fish is stinky and bony. A bunch of salty cheeses that no one eats and can no longer be eaten when stored in the heat. Boiled eggs for breakfast are all in chicken poop, one of those that make scrambled eggs in front of tourists, no one washes either, apparently they are not familiar with sanitary rules, or they don’t care. Near the room where the tables actually stand and eat, a cat house, cats go everywhere, everywhere it stinks of cat urine - going out to the balcony, coming to the canteen, sunbeds near the pool, etc. , this smell haunts everywhere. The hotel staff is normal, but mostly always with dissatisfied faces, they look at vacationers like walking wallets and annoying flies, they will be glad to receive a coin, they didn’t get it point-blank they don’t see it. Animation is the same every day, they don’t really care about the cultural program, why bother with drunk Russian tourists. If the room overlooks the animation area and the main pool, the music yells all day so that all the insides shake, I don’t understand how you can relax here with small children (the hotel is positioned as a family hotel). There are not enough sun loungers and awnings on the beach, apparently it is very expensive and difficult for the hotel owners to organize. The sunbeds near the pools are dirty and torn. I saw the pool in 10 days, they cleaned it only once in the dark, although garbage, cups, snacks are always lying around the pool, cats walk and, by the way, birds fly in to wet their beaks and paws. The hotel does not pull on four stars, I can not even pull on three stars. Gentlemen, you need to comply with what is stated on the site. In order to come and have a comfortable rest, we spend the whole year and want to pay, among other things, a rather large amount for three to receive the appropriate service, and not torment, poisoning and the smell of cat urine. And yet, we do not print money, we earn it. I do not recommend this hotel.
