Rested with my husband and friends in early September of this year. The hotel was labeled as a "good four". My husband and I went to Turkey for the first time, we went with the attitude of “not sitting in the room”, so the numerous negative reviews upset, but did not stop. After the rest, they made up their minds - in general, of course, it is quite normal, but there are a number of shortcomings. In my opinion, the rest in this hotel should have cost less. The hotel seems to be beautiful, and four stars - but on closer inspection, everything is so-so. But in order.
Among the shortcomings: mold in the shower, on the plastic rim of the toilet, on the cord of the hair dryer in the bathroom. Constant smells of dampness and mustiness - in the foyer of the building, in the room, in the lobby. Upon arrival, the hotel guide Tigray persuaded us to take a hammam in the same hotel, to be honest - wasted money. I didn’t like the procedure, nor the fact that, contrary to the assurances of this guide, “you will be alone there”, we were not alone for a minute - at any stage of this hammam, except for soap massage and just massage, strangers were constantly nearby, with curiosity for everything it's an act of gawking.
Dirty tablecloths on the tables in the dining room. For food: for everything more or less tasty, you have to stand in line for 10-12 people. For breakfast, they offer piping hot scrambled eggs (line), pancakes (line), fresh vegetables, 3-5 types of cheese (not bad), three types of sausage (soy nightmare), boiled sausages (soy nightmare-2), loose dry mixes, which need to be poured with yogurt, jam (3-4 types, it’s normal with pancakes), buns / bread (which everyone touches with their hands when cutting), and things like Nutella in portioned packages. The coffee is nasty, like McCoffee bags. Tea gives off chlorine. Orange juice for breakfast - $1.

Lunch: 2 types of soup (did not dare to try), various stewed vegetables, such as cauliflower, Brussels sprouts. Grilled vegetables, pasta (spaghetti in tomato sauce), boiled rice and mashed potatoes. The wine is nasty, very dry and not tasty at all. Beer is about the same. Dinner: Lunch leftovers + variations, such as grilled chicken parts, grilled soy meat (nightmare), grilled chicken (which the kitchen staff breaks into portions and gives each a small piece), fried fish (bony and smelly, after frying the whole lobby smells of this fish), they made sushi (vegetable and obviously went too far with vinegar), once there were good kebabs. The dish was very amused, the name of which in English sounded like “vegetable balls”, and in Russian it was written “salmon” under this inscription, the dish was ordinary soy meat. Nightmare drinks, a diluted concentrate like yupi from our childhood, they took a try on the first day - they didn’t take it anymore, in the market across the road a pack of dollar juice. By the way, sometimes they took shawarma for lunch, there it is not at all the same as in our latitudes)). Plus, cats were walking in the dining room, they just walked, they didn’t climb on their hands, they didn’t rub against their legs.
The room was cleaned. When the dollar left, the towels were laid out like swans, if not, they simply laid them on the bed. Once a week, a “bathroom disinfection” was carried out - a man came in, sprinkled the toilet / washbasin / shower - all together it took about a minute, and left. The cleaning of the pool with subsequent pouring of bleach into it directly from a plastic bucket was observed once.
The beach is about 200-300 meters from the hotel (well, maybe more, I'm bad at calculating distances). Umbrellas there as much as one thing, above all the other sunbeds, awnings. Separately, I would like to say a few words about the representative of TezTour Hussein. At the first meeting, he assured those who came from Teztur that he was here for us and for us, and in general, all the Turks only think how to deceive you and take your money - and he himself is the same Turk, only thinking about it. It so happened that our friends had to fly a day earlier for family reasons, it was urgent and urgent. Hussein found air tickets for $392, and everything would be fine, but friends called back the girl from the teztour who sent them from home, and she found them tickets for $170. Naturally, they flew for 170. In addition, Hussein did not warn the representative of the company accompanying us to the airport that two people would go instead of four, so we also lost time looking for those who had already flown away. This is such a small bastard.
In general, everything in this hotel is mediocre. If you caught a last-minute ticket for 500 dollars there, then you can go with a dear soul, the beautiful sea and nature compensate for the shortcomings of the hotel.
