The hotel positions itself as 4 stars. Unfortunately, in many respects it does not reach 4 stars. What attracted him when choosing a tour - the proximity to the airport, stunning views of the mountain, "growing" almost right outside the hotel and the low cost of the tour.
The proximity to the airport paid off - we were at the hotel a little over an hour after we left the airport, and did not shake the bus for more than 3.5 hours to Alanya (which we experienced once), especially after our flight was delayed several times, and as a result, instead of 3 am, we took off from Moscow at 18:50.
The mountain made a strong impression on us. This is the main attraction of the village (the second and last is a small street with souvenir shops for the promenade). Indeed, it seems that the hotel stands right at the foot of the mountain. The view of the mountain makes a lasting impression. Even more - the views that open from above: the hotel, Kirish, Kemer. Small groups of tourists conquer this mountain almost until late in the evening, in the darkness from above, flashlights from phones are now and then visible. This can be dangerous as it gets dark early and quickly in the south. And although the entire route is “trodden” and there are even direction signs, you can get off in a completely different place, and “accidentally” end up in Kemer, from where you will have to get only by bus. By the way, buses run regularly, a stop is 50 meters from the hotel, it costs lire to get to the central street of Kemer. Pay at the exit.

Now about the hotel itself. There are two pools (+ a micro pool for very small ones), one of them with a small slide for children. Sunbeds in good weather will obviously be missed. There are no complaints about the cleanliness of the pools. But there is another nuance - there is a super cool hotel nearby. And many guests are delivered to this hotel by helicopters, for which a landing site is equipped nearby. If you are not embarrassed by a helicopter flying overhead on a fixed-route taxi schedule, then everything is in order.
The restaurant is clearly small when fully occupied. The tables are designed for 12 people, it will not work for two or four. Perhaps someone will think that the food is not very diverse. Maybe. But for tourists who do not eat hazel grouse in the morning and do not end the day with ice-cold champagne with strawberries, everything is very acceptable. The problem is different. On the last day, we were 1 HOUR late for dinner, because we went for a walk in Kemer, and apart from bread and the remains of chopped vegetables, we could not take anything to eat. Here it is necessary to clarify - we do not eat poultry meat and spicy Turkish dishes (we would like to, but the stomach does not allow it). No matter how incredible it may sound (I really regret not taking a photo with a timer), but there was no cheese, no cheese, no sweets. About fish in the form of mackerel, I generally keep quiet. There were leftover salads on terrible mayonnaise, but they were with chicken. And, if we take into account that the next day we leave the hotel at 4 am (the day, of course, was paid), we were left without breakfast too. They probably don’t know about packaged breakfasts with a paid day. Of course, VERY to put it mildly, tourists from the post-Soviet space are surprising, laying and, of course, not eating MOUNTAINS of bread, sweets, meat. It hurts to see how all this untouched goes to the trash. Painful and embarrassing! This is someone's work, someone's life. And an opinion about all of us!!!
The bar offers Turkish beer (not bad), wine - red and white (too sour for my taste), local gin, vodka. Cocktails from this are made according to local proportions, it is clear in what ratio. It is better to take everything separately. Multi-colored non-alcoholic cocktails are made with syrups on lemonade. It's free. Imported drinks for a fee.
There are several buildings on the territory of the hotel. We were lucky! Our room was in a 7-storey building on the 6th floor with stunning sea views. The room itself is very small, but everything you need for unpretentious tourists was there: a small refrigerator, air conditioning, a small TV on the wall, hangers, a hairdryer in the bathroom, a supply of liquid hand soap and something in 2 types in the shower (gel and shampoo). There were no soap bars. There were boxes with hats and ear sticks. Everything worked, the water flowed, but the hot water was barely warm. Considering that the weather was not at all pleasant for the May holidays, this turned out to be a big minus. The downside in this weather was the presence of only one blanket in a double room. My daughter and I checked in around midnight, there was already no one to ask, so we had to move the beds and use the blanket “horizontally”. It saved. Cleaning of the room without complaints. Only one moment was embarrassing: because of the unfortunate weather, we spent more time in the room than we would like. They pressed the “do not disturb” switch (a red indicator lights up in the corridor instead of green). But all the same, without knocking, with the help of her "master key" the cleaning lady looked into the room. Perhaps, of course, some tourists did not turn off this sign for days, and this was done out of the best of intentions - to finally clean the number. But still somehow uncomfortable, and sometimes wildly unexpected.

Wi-fi was also a problem. I wanted to let you know when we arrived home that we had arrived. At the reception we want to buy Wi-Fi. The cost is $2 per day. Take a 100 bill with you. No change. I give a card - there is no machine for rolling cards. I am very much surprised. They say there is no device, but NO ONE at the reception can use it TODAY, NOR TOMORROW (another shift). Payment for Wi-Fi goes completely through the black cash desk, you do not receive any receipts or any documents on payment. When I asked for such a thing (already for the sake of principle), they took out some book from the farthest possible drawer, tore out (there was nowhere) a piece of paper and wrote out a “check”. Managed to confuse it all that is possible, correcting along the way. In the end, I still left with a check, however, for 60 dollars, while paying 60 lire. I no longer asked to correct this mistake, I left this left document as a keepsake. By the way, the course at the reception was its own, far from banking. And there was no change from 100 dollars the next day, at about 6-7 pm, although, it would seem, the very beginning of tourist activity. And all this despite the fact that the ATM near the hotel gave out ONLY 100-dollar bills. Not a problem - go buy something and exchange it. What if you don't need anything?
And more about the workers at the reception. I would very much like to ask the hotel management - WHERE did they recruit such employees ?? ? We have never met a more boorish attitude towards tourists (we travel a lot, in Turkey for the fifth time). Complete unwillingness to work, and the impression that everyone owes them something. They talk while sitting, unless they roll their eyes at every question. Yes, they are Russian speakers. But honestly, that makes it even worse. We weren't on the flyout list on the bulletin board. As a result of the conversation, I felt guilty that they did not print out the information sent for notification from their phone.
The beach is 5 minutes walk. Entering the water requires slippers, if you feel sorry for yourself. Sunbeds and awnings free of charge. The mattresses on the sunbeds are not new. There was no beach cleaning; it might not be the season yet, but she could use it. The hotel does not provide beach towels. Who is arrogant - took the bath, but this is wrong. Many on the next street bought bright checkered bedding for $1-2. In the evening, the beach plunges into darkness. Unlike Camyuva, where we were a year earlier, there is neither a promenade nor a more or less ennobled area for walking in the evenings.
For the kids, a very unpretentious animation was arranged every evening. For adults in the evenings - a couple of times karaoke, the choice of Miss hotel and something else. On May 9, a foam party was held in the afternoon, and in the evening the chef and the chefs brought out, or rather they took out, a huge cake with fireworks. It was very nice. The main wish for everyone was the wish of Peace.

Summing up, I can say that I am once again convinced that no matter how busy you are at work, if you want to get more positive than negative emotions from your vacation, take your time, read all the reasonable reviews, look at the photos of the hotel and save in moderation. Of course, we will not go to the Grand Mir'Amor Hotel again. But to some other place in hospitable Turkey - no doubt.
