We rested in Turkey for the first time, the hotel was chosen for its location and did not pay attention to the reviews, which we regretted a hundred times! There is no hot water in the hotel! For two days we argued with the administration, to which we were told that the rest live and do not complain! Staff attitude is terrible. Cleaning the room every day, but it's only smearing dirt. For 9 days the towels were not changed even once.
The dining room is full of cats that are not afraid of you and brazenly climb to the table, the staff does not care about this unsanitary conditions. Wi-fi is only paid $ 2 per day for one device, there are no towels either on the beach or by the pool, buy it yourself.
The kitchen is a pain in the ass! You will not stay hungry, but only watermelon and apples are fruits, soups are stews often so spicy that it is not possible to eat. In the morning the cereal milk is only cold, the microwave does not work. Tea is only black... beer at the bar on the beach for a fee. There is only one child seat in the dining room for the whole hotel!

In general, there are so many stocks that it's amazing how this hotel was given 4 stars! And why haven't they taken it back yet? The place itself is very beautiful and the beach is spacious, I would like to recommend changing the manager and staff, maybe this will help restore the reputation. . .
