Hello! Came with my sister 2 days ago. So... So we decided to go to a dream hotel, like on TV. Everyone told us - you will fly to Turkey there and the service will be for you and All Inclusive.
And so we made sure on our own trip that not all hotels have such a fairy tale for Ukrainians.
We arrived at the hotel at 10 am. They settled us only after 1 day, but this is not a problem, you can change clothes, go to the beach, then have lunch and already be settled.
I'll start right away with the bar (since this is the most important place where most people spend time). Near the bar there is a sign that they have Martini, Campary, Raki, Vodka, Beer, Safari, Malibu, Baylis (local production)... But it turned out that only vodka, beer and supposedly juices (sweet water made from water and powder from which the stomach constantly hurts) I repeat the All Inclusive system from 9 am to 2.30, which includes local alcoholic drinks, fanta, sprite, cola, etc. Cola fanta sprite and alk drinks appeared only a couple of times a day. Everything is watered down except for the beer. And the most important thing is that they are not embarrassed by the fact that they have nothing, as if this is the way it should be!
Next is the beach. You can't get to the beach at 6 7 8 in the morning! The sun loungers are chained and the mattresses are locked. At 8:30 in the morning, I barely begged the Turk to give me a mattress. The beach is clean, the sea is also great. Bar on the beach only with water-powder. It is impossible to bring drinks and food to the beach (room) from the restaurant and bar (they write down the room number on paper, and then pay a fine.
Towels are changed every 2 days, but begging to be changed is unrealistic! They don't always have clean towels!
Hamam, sauna, bath, swimming pool - everything is super!
For breakfast, you can only eat bread! Sausages, eggs, rice and perhaps everything else! Everything else is salads from the leaves and yesterday's food that was not eaten converted into a salad. A good selection of food only for dinner (fish, meat) drinks for dinner in the presence of everything, but only for dinner! Dishes are constantly lacking....the cups were washed by hand (rinsed and poured in a new way) All dishes must undergo heat treatment, they are not here.
There are no complaints about the number. Clean, beautiful. But ask the cleaner for soap and shampoo (because they don't add it). To change the towels, throw them on the floor.
And the most important thing is the contingent. 95 percent of people from Russia (not the best representatives) Constant swearing, boorish attitude, discontent, they only do what they swear among themselves. It feels like these people weren’t fed for a week and were let into this hotel (even oil was poured into bottles! ) We don’t swear, we speak it! The hotel staff does not know English....a couple of Italians had to order drinks in Russian.
the animation is very weak (it starts at 21:30 and until 22:10, and at that time the bar is just closing and the Turks are taking time for the last half hour to pour less) The Turks are very relaxed and the service is already like in Ukraine (using this hotel as an example)
The rooms, the pool, the beach, the sauna, the design are all 4 stars, but the restaurant, bar, service are barely 3 stars.
Now they will write here that for such a sum of vouchers they are also dissatisfied! Yes, we are dissatisfied, because we rested in many hotels for such an amount and have something to compare with, but we have not seen such bullshit yet! Maybe for those who are in Turkey for the first time everything will seem super, but not for those who have been more than once. Ask about the hotel people who rested from May 27 to May 13 and they will tell you the same thing as I did! We did not see satisfied people during this period.
