Read a lot of bad things about this hotel and some positive. I am glad and pleased that a little turned out to be true. All these negative reviews escalate the situation and prevent people who want to enjoy their vacation from making the right choice. We rested with my wife and son (5 years old), from 14.05 to 28.05. We were not particularly interested in the weather forecast, but we guessed the weather. On the eve of our arrival it was raining, but after the weather was super. We arrived after lunch and were seated quickly. They didn’t ask for a number, they didn’t give bribes or gifts, they relied on chance. The room was given in a 4-storey building, on the fourth floor. We took an economy room, so as not to overpay for the standard, because the difference is only in the area of the corridor. We had a number 1407, a spacious exit to the balcony, and the balcony itself too. The room has 2 beds (double for us and one and a half for the child). We moved them, it turned out "airfield". The room has a refrigerator, an LCD TV on the wall, all the furniture is new, white with beige upholstery. There is a laminate on the floor, tiles in the bathroom, artificial stone, plumbing fixtures, a shower cubicle, everything shines. It feels like I moved into a renovated apartment. There is an elevator in the building, but my son and I ran up the stairs, it's faster. Upon check-in, we were offered to pay for a safe ($ 3 per day) in the room, and for the entire period of stay, we refused. Internet is also paid both in the room and at the reception. Upon arrival in the refrigerator 1.5L of water without gas for free, later you can take water from the cooler in the bar, restaurant or on the first floor of the building. As in Egypt, drinking tap water and brushing your teeth is not recommended, due to the strong chlorination. As for nutrition, I don’t know why those who write that there is nothing to eat or everything is monotonous are dissatisfied. The main thing is that you yourself know what you need or what you want. Of course they don't cook pork, beef was a couple of times. The emphasis is on chicken and fish, and in its various manifestations + hamburgers, fish sticks, sausages and sausage, a couple of times there was bird liver. From vegetables, everything you want in May and what is expensive with us. Eggplants, zucchini, cucumbers, tomatoes, both regular and cherry. I really liked that you can take greens for vegetables, starting from parsley and lettuce to mint and arugula. Side dishes, as everywhere in the resorts, everything you want except buckwheat, and we will eat it at home. There are a lot of fruits. Apples, cherry plums, apricots, peaches, melons, watermelons, only strawberries were not given. But strawberries are $2 per kg at any grocery store. When we were going to go, we had peaches, apricots and strawberries far over 30 hryvnias. Alcohol is certainly not so hot, but you can find pluses. Gin and vodka "water" 20 degrees, Rakia remains, a nicer drink, but also not 40 degrees as it is written. There is keg beer left, they pour it from 10-00 to 22-00, at least fill it up, I have not heard it over for two weeks. They also pour dry white and red wine from 1.5L glass bottles, cherry and pomegranate from a barrel. Dry is quite good, especially white, but cherry and pomegranate reminds of diluted liqueur. In the middle of our holiday there was a bounty attraction. For lunch and dinner for five days in a row they poured Martini, Campari, Beleyz. Just fly away. But the "ball" did not last more than five days. Can you keep up with ours, pour 4 bowls into one throat. Ours, I mean, tourists from Russia, Ukraine, Tatarstan and Belarus. In general, if in the morning you slowly and competently raise the degree, then by the evening you will not become "Tagil", but you will keep a cheerful mood. By the way, the advice is not to have breakfast at an open restaurant, if it was raining at night or just high humidity in the morning, then the tables and chairs are wet and the waiter does not wipe them. These are trifles, I went to eat indoors and dragged both food and drinks into the room, there were no prohibitions, let alone fines. I’ll even say more, the plates that remain in the rooms, no one bothers to take them back, they are removed during the cleaning of the room. The maximum that ours are capable of putting the dishes out the door. As for cleaning, if a green inscription is on above the number that you specifically turned on, then cleaning will be done anyway. And about shampoos and shower gels. I experimented for four days in a row, removed all three bubbles, after cleaning they reappeared. I don’t know why they write a negative and still post pictures with mold. I also have pictures, I specifically shot everything that I wrote about. Since I already started about the staff, I liked that you don’t have to squeeze something out of yourself in English, they understand you well in Russian, and even if they don’t understand you, they won’t show it. So much more I want to write, but I need to round off. Okay, so much text, you decide which choice to make. Only then do you understand whether it is correct or not. Personally, my family and I do not regret our choice. I did not want to return home. We will definitely make every effort to go to this hotel again next year!
