We arrived at the hotel on 1.09. 23 at night. To check in, the manager Chingiz (with his hair in a ponytail) demanded 200 euros on a piece of paper. I was outraged and did not agree. We spent the night on the sofa, and in the morning the new shift handed out the keys. I want to tell this Genghis - when you pray, don’t forget to tell about your sins. Regarding food, I have been vacationing in Turkey for many years and have never observed such an ugly diet. There is no catering service. The assortment is narrow and monotonous. There is no control over the preparation of dishes and no tasting by the chef. The dishes are tasteless, not prepared to taste, there are a lot of semi-finished products. Meals begin with long, humiliating queues, which confirms the lack of organization. Pancakes for breakfast generally start to be fried only after 8.15. Hot drinks - coffee and tea - are served in paper cups (5*!!! ), the quality is disgraceful. Coffee and tea can only be drunk in the tea house.
I would like to know what the boss, who has young staff under his command, does. The tables are cleaned by everyone who was found and brought in, i. e. there is a problem with staff. Change the chef - he is a disgrace to the unique Turkish cuisine. Comfort - during the entire stay (11 days), air conditioning was not turned on either in the restaurant, or in the lobby, or at the reception. They only worked in the rooms. The room was cleaned 2 times without changing linen, equipment (t/paper, shampoo... ) was replenished at our request. There is no animation. I would like to thank shop managers Natalya and...for their help and pleasant communication. I regret the hotel I chose - undeserved stars.
