We stayed at this hotel at the end of October, and no one warned us it was the end of the season. We paid UAL, but in fact, there was nothing even close. Upon arrival, at reception, they bluntly said 50 euros then we'll check in right away. No, wait 2 pm, then we'll give you a room. It turns out that even if there are available rooms, they won't check you in earlier unless you pay. The staff is unfriendly, there was no entertainment, sometimes music played near the bar, it was boring...It was like we were there to live out our last days. The food was terrible - like in a bad 3. The rooms were dirty, they only cleaned on the fourth day when we went to reception and asked for it. The toilet was leaking and rusty, the refrigerator didn't work, the bathtub was moldy, the faucets were dirty and never cleaned, the mirrors in the elevator were always smudged, and one broken one was hanging in the elevator. They said the renovation was scheduled for 2024.
The building itself looks good from the street, but nothing more. The small, beautiful grounds are well-maintained, and the sea and beach are wonderful. There's nowhere to walk outside the grounds, except along the road where there's a small market and a pharmacy. We took the bus to Kemer, which stops near the hotel. For the same price, there are much better options.
We will definitely not come back here and would not recommend this hotel, especially with children.
