We rested in September at the Kimeros Park hotel. This is our second trip to this hotel, the first time we rested two years ago. To be honest, we liked the hotel last time, but there were comments only regarding the staff. Last year we arrived at the end of August, a large group of Turks came with us, they were given a lot of attention and they were very polite at the reception, but they didn’t really want to talk to us. We wanted to change the room, as we were given a room near the main pool, where music is heard all day and half the night, and we had wishes for a quiet room, so we got the relocation then. Then it was very upsetting. It was clearly shown that we were not very welcome there, there were also very loud maids who yelled at each other across the entire territory, it was impossible to sleep in the room during the day in the heat, there was no silence for all 10 days.
This year it's the other way around. We thought for a long time whether we should go back to this hotel or not, and to be honest, we even set ourselves up for the same reception as 2 years ago and decided not to pay attention to the staff if they were the same unfriendly again and the main thing was just to get a good room and relax on the sea. We were very pleasantly surprised, 90% of the staff have changed, there are completely different guys at the reception, everyone is friendly. We were greeted by Ahmed with a smile, a very nice person. Since we arrived early in the morning we were allowed to go to have breakfast. They said that we need to wait until 12 noon, we were given cards from beach towels, we changed from the SPA and went to the beach.
At 12:30 we went to the reception and at 13:00 were in the room. Ahmed gave us a very nice room 3612, from the room you could even see the sea. Many thanks to Ahmed for such a warm welcome and for a nice room.

What I wanted to say is that the staff has changed, the guys are trying very hard, the maids are working very quietly, there are no such screams for the whole hotel. The service has really improved, you can feel it. Well, to be honest, the price of the hotel has risen this year, but we do not regret that this year we went to Kimeros, our vacation justified the cost that we paid.
Now for everything else.
The territory is chic, you probably already understood this. It seems to me that the territory has become even greener and more well-groomed. Everything is very pleasing to the eye.
Nutrition. The food has gotten better and better. At the same level. We personally liked everything. For lunch and dinner, there are always grilled fish and several types of meat, 3 types of spaghetti, potatoes, rice, salads, cold snacks. There has never been such that the plate was empty or it was not tasty. On the beach, we heard reviews from other tourists that they did not like the food, they were very surprised, I wonder what they eat at home. Of course, they don’t know how to cook soups, well, these are not our soups, but everything else is at a good level. Nothing was spoiled or inedible. So do not believe these reviews that the food is bad, the demands of tourists are too high, just serve seafood and red caviar to everyone.
Wet cleaning of the room every day, towels are changed every day - this is what is very important for us. Since the sea is literally 1 day in the room to apply sand. They put in the room - shampoos, hair conditioner, gels, a dental account, toothpaste, a comb, a razor. It all depends on the number of people living in the room. In general, if you forgot to take something from home, it's all here. Slippers are provided for each person, we even had bathrobes, but we did not use them.
Since we are repeat tourists, they brought us a bottle of wine and fruit to our room. It was nice.
The room has a free safe and a minibar. The mini-bar is replenished every day - they put mineral water, juices, sweet water.

The beach is wide, there is enough space for everyone. The sun loungers are plastic, but everything is in good condition, and there are mattresses. There are 2 piers, one of them has sun loungers and umbrellas. Entry into the sea is pebbles, not always convenient, so we enter from the pontoon, and a big plus for the hotel is that they made entry into the sea on the slab (that is, if there is a disabled person, you can bring it into the sea in a wheelchair). Too bad I didn't take a photo. By the way, there is a special place on the beach for those who are in a wheelchair.
The restaurant also has an elevator, as the restaurant is located on the second floor. So this hotel is suitable for wheelchair users.
Now animation. This year the animation team has pleased. Everything is scheduled for the whole day: 2 times volleyball, 2 times aqua aerobics, water polo, belly dance (my wife went), zumba, morning exercises, boccia, every day competitions in the pool, darts, shooting. In general, if you go to everything, then there will be no time left at sea.
A separate theme is the kids club. We rested without children, but we went to the kids club to look, as they equipped it. We bought a new swing, like in Paris, children's slides. In the evening we saw a children's show, the animators are great, they communicate very correctly and competently with the children.
By the way, as for the evening show, two years ago we didn’t go to the show at all, somehow it wasn’t interesting. We watched the show almost every night this year. Great respect for the hotel, began to invite professional dancers, athletes, acrobats. We watched a Mexican show, a Turkish evening, Latin American dances. The evenings were interesting.
We didn’t go to discos, but in the morning we saw young people who could see that the night was fun : )
In general, we liked everything this year. There were no problems or comments. The staff is trying, the food is good, the sea is clean, the beach is wide, the animation is active, the nature is gorgeous. What else is needed for a good rest, I do not know. Would like to return more.
