I write about the hotel immediately upon arrival, as they say with a fresh mind, in Turkey it is far from the first time we like to relax in the Kemer region (Belbedi, Gyunyuk, Tekerovo, etc. ). Also, a big thank you to the gastreleyshayn employee, unfortunately I don’t remember his name, who is always at the reception, speaking Russian very well and always responded to our requests and wishes. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful all in greenery. Never had any issues with housekeeping. Restaurants and bars the service is excellent. We are especially grateful to the employees of the "Lotus" bar (Murat, Nadir and all the others, unfortunately I did not remember all the names). Almost all waiters and employees of restaurants and bars speak Russian well and understand it without any problems. The food at the hotel is not even bad, we don’t think that someone was left hungry, there are no complaints. The animation in this hotel, although it was the closing of the season, was at a very high level (although the hotel is over 40 or a family one). A special thanks from the animators is Kadir, who always led his part of the program in an interesting way, as well as the senior animation Serhat and Zinet, the guys are just great. In general, the impression of the hotel is very good. With full responsibility we can recommend to friends and acquaintances and not only. We hope to return again.
