We rested with a family of 3 people (child 3 years old) from 05/29/2019 to 06/11/2019. Turkey 6 times. We arrived at the hotel at 10:30. Sent for breakfast, an hour later promised to settle. I left a wish that the room was on the 1st floor, at the reception they fixed the wish. We went to have breakfast and got in just at the moment when the breakfast was over, and the snack restaurant was not open. Having waited for the opening of snacks, it was 11.00 ate. We went to the reception - we were handed the keys to the room, cards for towels. We were taken to the room on a carriage, along with our luggage. I liked the number. Check-in went without problems.
I will not write an emotional review. I will write specifically. What you liked and what you didn't.
What we liked:
- Very green and beautiful area. Nice beach.
- Great food. An abundance of fruits. Very tasty burgers and pizza.
- The hotel is renovated, the rooms are good.
- Good animation, but the emphasis is on children.

- In the hotel, the children did not get sick, as is the case in other hotels with an emphasis on children.
- The bartenders made delicious and beautiful cocktails.
What did not like:
- Number of bars. There are 3 of them, but in fact 2. One of them is round-the-clock, the other opens from 10.00 to 2.00. And the third is open until 18.00. Because of what there are huge queues, both for alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic drinks. All adults and children stand in line.
- Bold minus is a lobby, which can't be called a lobby. In fact, a stretched canvas tent. Which doesn't have a bar. That is, you arrived, you wait for check-in, or you leave, you wait for check-out, or you work in a quiet place with a laptop, and here - you don’t have a bar. Hence the impression of hospitality.
- The hotel positions itself as Ultra all inclusive. And this Ultra prefix should mean that the hotel offers imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. There are no complaints about non-alcoholic drinks. From alcoholic imports - bourbon Justerini and Brooks Finlandia vodka, Smirnov vodka and all. The rest is all local. The wine is disgusting, sour. That is, the Ultra prefix is a stretch. Strong alcohol of poor quality. Ephesus beer is good. Information for those who still bought into the Ultra prefix.
- Rudeness of the guest relation department. They're rude, they're rude.
- Sunday is a day off. That is, half of the staff leaves for the weekend, the a la carte restaurant does not work. And it doesn’t matter that the child’s birthday fell on Sunday - no one will give him a cake, even for money, because it’s a day off.
-Service, it's like being lucky with the waiter. It can get caught so that it will not leave you. Or maybe one that will never fit in the evening. Many waiters from Kazakhstan (young students in practice) speak Russian well. But they work according to the instructions. They can only bring wine, beer, gin, vodka, and raki to the restaurant. If you want whiskey and cola, go to the bar and get it yourself.

The hotel can be called Ukrainian. 80% of vacationers were from Ukraine. The remaining 20 are Russians, Kazakhs, Belarusians, Moldovans, Poles. Good or bad, I personally did not feel any discomfort. I got on well with a lot of people and made friends. There were a couple of bad moments though.
The hotel is focused on children, for them all the conditions.
