The main goal for which I decided to write a review is to warn tourists about scams, impudent "arrivals" practiced by the hotel administration in the person of Guest relation. Such a story happened to us.

3 days before departure, in the daytime, when I went into the room for things, there were 2 workers in technical uniforms who, without explaining anything, were doing some work with the TV, it was lying on the edge of the table with the screen down. At the same time, we did not call this service, we did not make any complaints about the malfunction, in the morning the child, as usual, watched a cartoon, there were no problems with the TV. In the evening before dinner, we returned to the room and found that the TV screen was cracked and the TV did not work.

We immediately reported this to the reception. After the third call, technical service workers came and answered the question - “What happened to the TV? "They answered only -"Guest relation".

The next day, Guest relation worker Adelia told us that it was allegedly us who broke the TV set ourselves and that we had to pay 300 euros. They made such a decision at their meeting (Why weren't we invited?? ), claiming that we were drunk (?? ? On what basis? Who installed it? This impudent lie outraged us the most) and broke the TV, apparently throwing a glass in it (??? ).

We were threatened that if we did not pay, they would not let us out of the country. To any of our indignations, humiliating explanations, demands for evidence, calling the general manager (“He is busy with more important matters and only speaks Turkish”), calling the police (“Call yourself, this will not help you”) Adeliya did not react and continued to put pressure us.

Only after I had already finished writing a 2-page complaint to Anex Tour, this girl approached us, began to apologize and dropped the charges, allegedly believing in our innocence. Failed "arrival"?
This disgusting story ruined the entire holiday experience and forced me to write an official statement to the hotel that no one should enter the room without our presence until we left.

Regarding the territory of the hotel, the condition of the rooms, cleanliness, food, the work of the animators - everything is fine, there are no comments. Conditions for recreation with children are very decent. The only bad thing is the conscience of the administration.

From small remarks: practically does not catch Wi-Fi and (they write the truth in other reviews) a very uncomfortable, stuffy, almost non-air-conditioned reception hall.
