Family: 2 adults, 2 children (15 and 9 years old). We stayed at this hotel for the 2nd year in a row. The hotel has a large, green area, excellent children's animation and entertainment programs in the evenings, good food, convenient location of the beach, thoughtful entry into the water. Room cleaning was not satisfactory, the bed was changed every 2-3 days.

We don't drink alcohol, so we can't give an assessment. The food is varied (approximately corresponds to the level of the hotel), but the monotony of spices do their job - everything tastes about the same.

In general, everything you need for a good, relaxing, family vacation.

As they say, "God is in the details", so here are some small illustrations from the past holiday.

Arriving at the hotel around 9 am, we were immediately sent for breakfast, our things were left at the reception. Returning an hour later, we were told that our room was ready and we could check in (despite the fact that, according to the rules of the hotel, check-in takes place from 14:00).
Since we were resting at the hotel for the second year, we understood that everything would be familiar, but we did not expect how much: the staff (animators, restaurant workers) who worked last year recognized us and were very sincerely happy to meet.

But the human factor works both ways. Our whole family plays volleyball and the presence of a volleyball field is a must when choosing a hotel. This hotel had volleyball twice a day and we used this service 100%. One day there were a lot of people who wanted to play. In such cases, short games are played so that everyone can play. It was on this day that the Turk, whom the animator introduced as the owner of the hotel, decided to play with his friends. No one objected, but they warned that the game would be short. The Turks agreed, but at the end of the game they refused to leave the field.
And they did it very defiantly, condescendingly, clearly showing everyone their disrespect for others: they sat down on the playground to drink tea (! ), not letting anyone play.

The animator, instead of somehow resolving the situation, took the position of "owner". About 20 people gathered. They did not respond to requests, persuasion, an offer to continue the game. It was humiliating, inhospitable, vile, against all the principles and laws of both sports and business. Then it got worse: the next day the net was removed, and without responding to the requests and demands of vacationers (who did not even participate in the conflict and did not know about it), the net was not returned. Thus, for our considerable money, we were given to understand that we are nobody here and there is no way to call us. We are horrified to think how the situation in this hotel would be more complicated.
