We have stayed at our favorite hotel many times and always return with pleasure. We've been there twice this summer. Check-in is quick as always, our rooms are convenient in terms of location. This summer we lived almost by the sea. As regular customers, we are already waiting. A big thank you to Arina from the guests for attention and care, and to Mohammed. All requests and wishes were fulfilled very quickly. A wonderful new restaurant (became even more comfortable and cozy after the restructuring) with very tasty cuisine and very attentive staff (many thanks to Chef Abbas for his responsiveness, kindness, and all the cooks), even due to quarantine and some limitations of inconvenience, we did not experience.
Special thanks to the bartender Kibar. He is a very friendly, hospitable and attentive person. Meeting him really lifted my spirits. Delicious freshly brewed Turkish coffee and fresh orange juice in the morning. And his delicious fresh fruit cocktails left a great impression. Everything was done with love and professionalism. This person should be set as an example of how other bartenders should work. Unfortunately, he was transferred to the night shift.
Special thanks to the head of the children's club Dasha. Very friendly and positive. This is really a man in his place. For so many years, she has rallied the children so much that their communication in Kimeros has grown into friendship in life. A wish to the hotel management to pay more attention to the club in terms of repair and territory in the club. So that the attention of children is riveted not to computer games, but, for example, to LEGO designers. In general, to make the kids club more comfortable, because our children (and there are many of them in our company) are already going purposefully to communicate and be friends with Dasha. And we, as parents, support them.

On the beach: very clean, constant cleaning, the sea is amazing. The entire technical staff is very hardworking and responsive. And if there are problems in the hotel, then basically they are created by the vacationers themselves. You don’t need to go on the principle that everyone owes you, DO NOT GO TO WET SWIMSUITS to the restaurant, people sit down after you, don’t take out food, it is everywhere around the clock, leave your strollers downstairs, as there are a lot of high chairs on the top, on the beach is not to carry glass glasses and not to throw garbage, it is full of clay pots, not to pig, it is a shame to look at dozens of beer bottles on the sand, but you NEED to respect the WORK of a LARGE NUMBER of people who make our vacation unforgettable! The HOTEL deserves praise, but everyone knows their shortcomings and eliminate them. We are going here already as if it were our own home and we advise other people who appreciate comfort to relax in Kimeros.
