I was very unpleasantly surprised by the level of this 4k. The first is the hotel administration, which from the first minutes demands an additional payment (60 euros for each room) for accommodation in rooms that you did not book. We booked two standards, but for some unknown reason they were not available. My friends (a married couple) and I were offered to live in one room for several days, citing the fact that there were simply no other rooms. The only alternative is a dark room on the 0th floor, next to the toilet and dining room, and a window somewhere near the ceiling. After the scandal, a two-room apartment suddenly “found” and we lived in it for a couple of days. We talked with other guests - many had the same problem, despite the fact that people checked in at different times, some were even accommodated in a separate building (even though the hotel has one).
Second - dirt!! ! The lamps in the kitchen are covered with flies, the walls are scratched, the seats on the chairs are black with stains. There are flies in the dining room. Lots of cats.
I love cats, but people throw food right at their feet. + the remains from the glossy tiles on the highway are washed off with a hose (access to the pool is only through it) On the very first day, my friend slipped and fell very badly.

Regarding food: there are a lot of sweets, green salads - a good choice. There is very little meat. Fruit - if you managed to run for lunch in the first half an hour - you did. No - you will be without peaches, grapes, etc. (and without sweets). In the evenings, stupefying flatbreads were prepared on the terrace, sometimes very tasty fish/chicken, and additional fruits were distributed: watermelon, melon, bananas. But there are about 30 people in line, and while you’re standing for poultry/fish you can’t count on fruit.
Drink machines often contain water.
Daytime ice cream by the pool - whoever had time to take it, the rest - there wasn’t enough. Having a snack in the lobby is the same. A few plates were snapped up in the first minutes and goodbye!
But, in fairness, it is worth noting that the staff in the dining room is trying very hard.
The contingent was unpleasantly surprised: absolutely wild people scooping up a huge amount of food, which they then dumped into their bags. I have never seen anything like this before.
In the rooms:
stains on the carpet, in the bathroom, torn furniture, a leaking refrigerator...This is not even a three. I do not recommend the hotel to anyone.
The vacation was saved by excursions and the magnificent warm sea.
