The first thing we encountered was that we made an application for laundry services within 3 days, however, after 3 days these services were not provided to us !!!!!! ! The hotel manager smiled and promised that this would be done without taking any action!!!!!!!!!! ! Upon arrival, we were promised a room for the newlyweds, which, again, was not fulfilled, so we spent the entire stay in a standard room. On the last day of rest, our luggage was stolen from the hotel's luggage room, we discovered the loss 15 minutes before departure. The administrator, again with a sweet smile, said that everything would be fixed and that this was a misunderstanding. We were not given a receipt, we were not allowed to view video cameras, but they simply put us on the bus and said that our luggage was waiting for us at the airport. However, there was a completely different suitcase. In further accommodation in order to search for luggage, we were denied!!!! ! As a result, after arriving home, they refused to pay us compensation for 2 weeks due to a lack of documents (the suitcase was not found), and then they put all the blame on us!!!!! ! Dear tourists, think about whether it is worth going to a five-star hotel for such a memorable vacation at the price of one star....... .
