Отель очень испортился!!! The hotel is very bad!

We came to the hotel for the 2nd time, last year we were satisfied. This time it started with humiliation when checking in at the reception - indifferent to everything, the intern Zamira did not want to go to a meeting (because of a sore leg, they asked her mother for a room in the central wing) - they gave her mother a room in the far wing and with a view of the wasteland, then we were placed in 2 rooms for the disabled on the 1st floor. The offered 40 dollars did not help either, apparently it didn’t seem enough to them (last year they immediately gave 2 worthy numbers for this amount). The disabled rooms overlooked the sewer tower, the whole night the smell of shit was unbearable, the rubber bands of the seal were pouring from the balcony door, everything was broken in the bathroom, and I also drove a cockroach at night !! ! Then the whole day from 8 in the morning we were deceived with the resettlement, and after the intervention of the guide they gave us a suite, although we paid for 2 standard rooms, and they made us sign a paper that we were happy with everything and agreed with everything! In the room for 14 days they cleaned 1 time with a vacuum cleaner, and so all the cleaning consisted in changing towels, and often they forgot to change towels and replenish the minibar, no tip helped !! ! Called the reception - they did not care about it. A separate conversation about food - the first week the menu was still all right, then the meat almost disappeared, only smelly fish and chicken, there were not enough tables for everyone, whole lines lined up for food, the waiters served poorly - they simply ignored, but frankly and for a long time sucked up to the Germans. The air conditioner was shared and worked very badly from time to time. There are not enough sunbeds on the beach, you need to borrow from 6-7 in the morning. $15 towel deposit. Changing a wet towel is a problem. The impression is that the hotel staff, except for the girls from Ukraine, who are doing their internship there, are deeply "drummed" !! ! Our guide Jeyhun from Koral-ODEON rarely appeared at all, deceived us about the conditions of the excursion to Israel on the principle of "shame, not smoke, does not eat out the eyes", answered our claims - other tourists did not tell me, although I personally and others heard how he spoke out about this. Leather shop "Globe" in the hotel: we ordered one, they sewed a complete marriage for us, with different sleeves and a clumsy collar. The Georgian Aleko from their store in Kemer yelled for a long time and tried to sell the marriage, called names, was rude, humiliated and refused to return the deposit, - he brought it to the point that he had to drink sedatives. With great difficulty they returned the deposit, it is good that they did not pay the full amount in advance, as they demanded. I think that for this considerable money there are much more worthy hotels in Turkey!! !
