I want to warn everyone - this hotel is being sold as a 5-star hotel, but it does not at all correspond to such a status. Dirty old furniture, cockroaches, terrible food, poorly maintained beach. . . The staff try very hard, but they can't communicate with tourists because they don't speak basic English. And the hotel is full of tourists! A lot of dissatisfied with the service. Personally, I asked for three days to take out an extra bed from the room, which blocked the exit to the balcony. Towels for the beach need to be "snatched" from 9 to 12, then they are pumped until the next morning... the animation is miserable, the beach is 2 meters deep, not for children. The food in the restaurant is just awful! The air conditioning in the room barely breathed, the elevator was constantly being repaired. . .
