The rooms are bright, not tiny, everything worked. There is a balcony, but it is not fenced with anything, just bushes are planted. Because of this, 2 children's T-shirts were stolen from the balcony, which dried, cats constantly came into the room from the street.
It is inconvenient that the shower is built-in from above and there is no removable watering can. The youngest son, 3 years old, does not like it when water gets into his eyes and pours on his head, bathing him was problematic.
There seems to be no animation during the day, no one calls anyone anywhere, invites you if you keep track of the time yourself and you come, "standard" entertainment is held. By the way, there are no clocks hanging anywhere, only near the slides, so it’s difficult to keep track of time. It seems to be trifles, but because of this, I constantly had to take the phone with me.
In the evening there were only 2 performances, 1 time the best couple of the hotel, on other days there was only a very loud disco without any entertainment.
The audience of the hotel is 45+, there are a lot of elderly people, 70 percent. The rest, oddly enough, are young families without children, with children there are few vacationers, so there are no attractions, trampolines and other things for children, only a small primitive playground near the beach.
The main and huge problem of the hotel is the restaurant. Here's the trouble.
We went to this hotel just for the sake of food, because. daughter is a big allergic, she can not eat gluten and lactose. The hotel claims that they are the only ones in Turkey with gluten-free food, with a separate kitchen, specially trained staff for this food.
Indeed, there was a gluten-free diet, BUT lactose (regular milk and butter) was in all the "diet" dishes. All gluten-free pancakes, cereals, pastries, potatoes were with ordinary milk, butter, there was ordinary cheese... This is very strange, because. 90% of people with gluten intolerance do not eat lactose either (including those who are on weight loss detox programs, who are just for the sake of fashion or lead a healthy conscious lifestyle. Always exclude gluten, lactose, regular sugar, yeast at the same time). At the same time, it is important for a person who has an allergy to know clearly from what the dish was prepared, nowhere were there any compositions of the ingredients.
Constantly had to call the kitchen staff to ask. At the same time, for the first time, we encountered the fact that the staff does not speak Russian, and there is almost no English either, even at the reception the girl responsible for the diet kitchen. They talked about lactose constantly different things with sunflower oil, then with olive oil, then with cream. Once they believed they ate sprinkled pasta, they didn’t risk it further and my daughter ate French fries 2 times a day all week, she was at least in sunflower oil...
We bought the cheapest corn pasta, boiled white rice on the water and already gluten-free cuisine. There were no special porridges of which there were many. Nobody delved into the essence of the diet, it's just a publicity stunt to attract customers.
Therefore, it was not worth overpaying for such a "under-diet", you could eat fries everywhere...
With the usual kitchen is also sad.
80% of the dishes are some kind of vegetable stews, just boiled vegetables, for an amateur. Meat all week in turn, then chicken wings, then chicken thighs, a couple of times fatty lamb steaks that are impossible to chew. No pork/beef steaks, turkey, nothing on fire, no outdoor roasting. The simplest fish was the same all week, once there was even a tiny fried capelin like they give to cats...
I read reviews before the trip that the food was not very good, but at the same time they uploaded photos of mussels, shells, crabs. I thought people were nitpicking. True, there were shells, crabs and one type of large tasty fish, but it was 1 time per fish day and that's all except fish for an amateur.

Masks are issued at the entrance to the restaurant, food is not served without them. The food is fenced and only the restaurant employees are adjusting everything. If you want to take 1 piece of meat at least a little fried, you say, and they put 5 huge fatty pieces on you... this is also inconvenient, but it’s not the hotel’s fault, but general quarantine restrictions (although as we found out upon arrival, not all hotels enclose food).
There were always fruits, a lot - grapes, figs, pears, plums, peaches, oranges.
Alcohol is not imported, only local. Imported for an additional fee, although the hotel is ultra.
The little things were not thought out, they save on everything on everything they can - there were no glasses for toothbrushes in the room, they asked for soap dishes, they didn’t put down a notebook and a pen, and with their understanding of Russian they were just needed, sheets with stains, lunch lasts only an hour and a half, you need to hurry so as not to miss it, at the exit from the beach there are very few places where you can wash the sand off your feet next to our beach, the shower did not work all week, you had to go to the neighboring "block" and there you would constantly stand in line to wash your feet.
In general, they didn’t dwell on the negative, “let go of the situation” and enjoyed the sea, the rest, but the hotel definitely does not live up to its value. We will definitely not go here again, unless they make food without lactose, including for our daughter.

During the meal, once I decided to run for fruit, the girl did not serve me without a mask. From the food, in principle, everything was repeated, but the food is delicious. On Wednesday, fish day, they gave crayfish, crabs and all kinds of seafood, salmon, salads. During dinner, they also cook outside, so you have to go there too. Salmon was sometimes given for lunch and dinner. There have always been fish. One day they gave me very tender lamb meat. The gluten-free menu included mainly buckwheat, cucumbers and cheese for breakfast, as well as cauliflower and broccoli. There is a children's menu (except breakfast). Breakfast in the main hall. And so there are not peppered dishes in the children's room, there are vegetables and fruits, desserts. There is a blender, small spoons and forks. Behind a small table in the center you can find disposable bibs. Opposite is a TV with cartoons, under it is a refrigerator. In the children's refrigerator, juice, yogurt, chocolate milk, banana milk, in short, with different flavors.
In the dining room, dirty plates were cleaned during the meal, the tables were treated with an antiseptic after each family. There are highchairs for children. You can order drinks yourself or catch the waiters, but they are very busy cleaning, so sometimes it's faster to go to the bar yourself.
At lunchtime, an ice cream kiosk was opened, there was ice cream in a waffle and in a package in a waffle and on a stick, and popsicles. In short, any choice. Opposite are cakes and coffee. Since they don't have decaffeinated coffee, I drank hot chocolate. Instead of lunch in the dining room, you can dine in cafes by the pools. Near the water park there is a buffet, and near the quiet pool there is a typical à la carte restaurant. Ordered Ala carte restaurant fish (paid), barbecue (paid) and Italian. The coolest was the barbecue. As for the fish, I’ll say this, it’s better on Wednesday a fish day in the dining room for food. Well, a service restaurant, like all restaurants.

In extreme heat, they hid under the trees near the quiet pool, put sun loungers there and rested.
On the territory there is a mini zoo, there are all sorts of cockerels, ducks and a peacock. Even at lunchtime, you can have a snack with cakes near the hammocks, and take some water or ayran in the refrigerator.
There are villas on site. If you go with a big company, it's very cool, I think. Some villas have mini pools for children.
About the lifeguards. The funny thing is that no one whistles, shouts, or swears. A lifeguard comes in the morning (I don’t know what time) to the pool and controls it, sometimes they change. And in the evening, silently hung up the red flag of hours at 17.00, looked around the pool and left. And people with me bathed until 9 pm, no one kicked them out. In the sea, too, no one expels anyone. It seems to me that there is no lifeguard there, but I could be wrong.
Breakdowns are immediately eliminated, repaired, toilets are cleaned, trash cans are emptied.
In general, we liked it very much, although we did not use absolutely all the services to the fullest. I recommend.

Vacation was amazing! We come to Turkey not for the first time, there is something to compare with. Hotel 10/10, staff 10/10, food 10/10, sea 10/10. The staff works at a very high level. I want to mention the girl who prepares coffee on the first floor of the reception - Ghoul! Always smiling, polite. Also, the animator Hayat and Mehmet have fun and great water aerobics, they ran every day. This is the kind of hotel you want to come back to. The hotel met our expectations and even exceeded them.

We arrived at Antalya airport at 6 am, we went to the hotel at 9.45, we were the last ones, until all the tourists were taken) it was a bit tiring, but we got there! 5 minutes filled out the cards and we were sent to breakfast, after asking about the room (floor, mountain or sea view)! Honestly surprised, many pay extra for rooms! After breakfast, we were immediately (! ) settled in the room that we asked for, a higher floor and a view of the mountains!! ! The hotel is a little tired, but we did not pay attention to minor flaws! Compensated for all the territory - unusually beautiful, well-groomed, one might say licked! Banana, orange, coniferous trees, many flowers! Cleaning daily, sheets and towels changed every other day. There are beach towels in the room. The bar is replenished every day. Kettle and everything you need.
At the reception, any issue was resolved quickly - within 5-15 minutes. Thank you. (Either we asked for a blanket, then we didn’t immediately understand where to turn on the light, then they called the doctor, asked to set up the air conditioner. ) The insurance came in handy, we turned to Laura Murat, after 10 minutes he came for us, took us to Kemer, did everything necessary, and brought back to the hotel. There were no problems with communication in Russian. The staff works very hard! In a restaurant or bar, they will immediately clean up after you. Everything is processed, everywhere disinfection. We didn’t buy a local SIM card, the Internet is average... but we had enough for calls. Safe for free, enjoyed. By the way, there are Russian channels on TV. We have a family vacation, so we really enjoyed it.

The number had to be changed immediately, because. the one that was given was terribly smoky (I don’t know when they managed to smoke it, if the season had just begun with them). Maybe because of the carpet... because. all rooms have carpet and it kept smell of cigarettes. For the first time on vacation, we encountered problems in the room: the refrigerator did not work, the air conditioner broke down on the second day, but everything was quickly fixed. The refrigerator was changed, but I believe that it was also not working, because. it cooled by 18 degrees, no less... I lost the medicine that needs to be kept at the standard temperature of the refrigerator (from 2-8 degrees). There were no more complaints about the room, the view from the window was amazing - it compensated for everything).
Restaurant: The food is good, the choice is average, as in the average 5 without frills. True 1 time was a dinner with seafood and red fish. The staff in the restaurant are wearing masks, the tables are wiped with an antiseptic, they are cleared from the table at lightning speed, I would say)), the only thing that surprised me was you eat, the waiter comes up to pick up unnecessary dishes along with the cart, where the leftover food is dumped, dirty plates are collected . . the smell from the cart not really... I saw this for the first time... usually they take the plates and take them to special places for collecting dirty dishes. At the entrance there are devices for measuring temperature and masks, who go without masks, but no one controls this process.

Cocktails in the first days were made even more or less, then as a lot of people stopped by, they seemed to be very tired and began to neglect their work. Often there were no ingredients for a cocktail or they made cocktails for show, for example, a mojito is a lot of ice, a tiny piece of lemon and 1 mint leaf... and this is Ultra all inclusive !! ! I understand that there is locally produced alcohol and the taste may not be very good - I don’t know, I haven’t tried it, but at least non-alcoholic ones were made to last...
The territory is gorgeous! The beach is one of the largest in the Kemer region, a long strip, there is no crazy crowd of people in the sea! This is why I chose this hotel! On the beach, when we arrived, sunbeds and awnings were placed in compliance with the distance, but when the mass race began, the awnings were returned to their pre-Covid state (solid row) and sunbeds were added on the beach, no longer observing any recommended distances.
Animation. . . it's hard to call animation. . . boring!!!! ! Day only darts. In the evening, children's disco, a couple of times strange shows invited with amateur performances... where the artists fell constantly, doing tricks... In the evening, a disco near the beach. Disco… every day the same old music (White Roses, Hands up), put on pops with old songs for 30 minutes to gather people and turn on club acid…. for whom? The audience is either families with children or 40+…. there are practically no young people... naturally 1-2 people dance... while in neighboring hotels pop discotheques were popular. True, in 10 days there was 1 gala evening with a visiting disco! This was fabulous!! ! Prof. DJ, PJs, own installation!! ! It was cool! And 3 times live music before the disco, that's where interesting songs were performed and people could relax. That's the whole animation.
I went this year only for the sake of the sea and nature! I tried not to focus on the shortcomings, but on the last day they spoiled the whole impression of the hotel... I came to extend the room. For a few days I checked this information with the guide, then asked at the reception, at the gestrelation... they all named the same amount for the extension... but it is necessary to renew on the day of departure... when I arrived, they told me the amount was an order of magnitude higher... to my indignation they said that I was wrong I understood and there was always such an amount... In general, they made a fool out of me. Left a nasty aftertaste!
