We arrived at the hotel when it opened like 6 days after the quarantine. Everything is clean and fresh. There were few more people. We met great. At the reception, the temperature is measured, documents are transferred through a disinfecting box (quartz). All staff are wearing masks. Disinfectors are everywhere in the hotel.

Our room was with a sea view. The number had to be changed immediately, because. the one that was given was terribly smoky (I don’t know when they managed to smoke it, if the season had just begun with them). Maybe because of the carpet... because. all rooms have carpet and it kept smell of cigarettes. For the first time on vacation, we encountered problems in the room: the refrigerator did not work, the air conditioner broke down on the second day, but everything was quickly fixed. The refrigerator was changed, but I believe that it was also not working, because. it cooled by 18 degrees, no less... I lost the medicine that needs to be kept at the standard temperature of the refrigerator (from 2-8 degrees). There were no more complaints about the room, the view from the window was amazing - it compensated for everything).

Restaurant: The food is good, the choice is average, as in the average 5 without frills. True 1 time was a dinner with seafood and red fish. The staff in the restaurant are wearing masks, the tables are wiped with an antiseptic, they are cleared from the table at lightning speed, I would say)), the only thing that surprised me was you eat, the waiter comes up to pick up unnecessary dishes along with the cart, where the leftover food is dumped, dirty plates are collected . . the smell from the cart not really... I saw this for the first time... usually they take the plates and take them to special places for collecting dirty dishes. At the entrance there are devices for measuring temperature and masks, who go without masks, but no one controls this process.
Bars: bartenders wearing masks but no gloves. Cocktails in the first days were made even more or less, then as a lot of people stopped by, they seemed to be very tired and began to neglect their work. Often there were no ingredients for a cocktail or they made cocktails for show, for example, a mojito is a lot of ice, a tiny piece of lemon and 1 mint leaf... and this is Ultra all inclusive !! ! I understand that there is locally produced alcohol and the taste may not be very good - I don’t know, I haven’t tried it, but at least non-alcoholic ones were made to last...
The territory is gorgeous! The beach is one of the largest in the Kemer region, a long strip, there is no crazy crowd of people in the sea! This is why I chose this hotel! On the beach, when we arrived, sunbeds and awnings were placed in compliance with the distance, but when the mass race began, the awnings were returned to their pre-Covid state (solid row) and sunbeds were added on the beach, no longer observing any recommended distances.
Animation. . . it's hard to call animation. . . boring!!!! ! Day only darts. In the evening, children's disco, a couple of times strange shows invited with amateur performances... where the artists fell constantly, doing tricks... In the evening, a disco near the beach. Disco… every day the same old music (White Roses, Hands up), put on pops with old songs for 30 minutes to gather people and turn on club acid…. for whom? The audience is either families with children or 40+…. there are practically no young people... naturally 1-2 people dance... while in neighboring hotels pop discotheques were popular. True, in 10 days there was 1 gala evening with a visiting disco! This was fabulous!! ! Prof. DJ, PJs, own installation!! ! It was cool! And 3 times live music before the disco, that's where interesting songs were performed and people could relax. That's the whole animation.

I went this year only for the sake of the sea and nature! I tried not to focus on the shortcomings, but on the last day they spoiled the whole impression of the hotel... I came to extend the room. For a few days I checked this information with the guide, then asked at the reception, at the gestrelation... they all named the same amount for the extension... but it is necessary to renew on the day of departure... when I arrived, they told me the amount was an order of magnitude higher... to my indignation they said that I was wrong I understood and there was always such an amount... In general, they made a fool out of me. Left a nasty aftertaste!
A hotel for an unpretentious client who does not need parties and entertainment, but needs gorgeous landscapes, a luxurious beach and clear sea. I have no more desire to return to it and it is not worth the money that we paid for it.
