A couple of hours since we arrived from vacation and decided to write a comment in a fresh way.
We rested with a child of 4 years old, we chose the hotel on the recommendation of the annex tour and, in general, were not disappointed. BUT! There was still a moment that spoiled the impression - this is NOISE ISOLATION, or rather its absence. Plus, cleaning let us down, but there was a certain symbiosis of these 2 unpleasant nuances.
Now in more detail - we did not live in the central building, because. it was recommended as more secluded, quiet. Lord, it's not! until 01:00 usually in a hotel across the road there is a disco, and in the main building during the day you can hear the animation by the pool. Those. if you are traveling with a child, ideally not live in the central building (to be away from the pool during the day) and in an even number (they do not go out onto the road and you can’t hear the disco there at night).
Well, the noise from the neighbors is such a thing, everyone is on vacation, this can be understood. But the noise from the staff is very disappointing. Room cleaning takes place from 9-10 to 17, for some reason there was always a queue for our room at the time of the child's daytime sleep. And in general, from 13 to 15 it is very hot outside and everyone tried to sit out in the rooms, and here the most interesting thing is that the cleaners stood at different ends of the corridor and simply shouted some, apparently very important, information to each other. and so every day! they react to comments, but badly, because do not know Russian or English. twice they came into our room to clean up at a time when the child was sleeping and there was a "do not disturb" sign on the door.
In general, if you have a light sleep - you are not here, but otherwise everything is great. Food, territory, sea, settlement, children's animators, beach and bars - I liked everything here.
