It all started with resettlement. After 12.00 check-in time, we sat in the hall with the air conditioner not working for about 3 hours. My brother was given a room and I had to sit in his room for another 2 hours, waiting for my room to be cleaned. At the reception, where I called every 15-30 minutes, they said that my room was being cleaned. After I approached the locked door of the room, having previously recognized the number, I again called the reception and asked why they didn’t give me the number. To which I received a clear and clear answer from the Turkish receptionist in broken English: you are not the queen here, our work is hard, we have something to do without you. after going to the hotel manager, they settled me, but that didn’t make it any easier.

The hotel is disgustingly dirty and unsanitary. The rooms are very dirty, the clods of dirt in the bathroom and the carpet, uncleaned from the day the hotel was built, are especially impressive. The minibar has 2 bottles of Cola and 2 water (and thank you for that) instead of the promised range of drinks. There are no clean plates in the dining room (everything is greasy! ). The food is all sour. The smell in the dining room is disgusting!

At an air temperature of +45, the air conditioners do not work in the hotel (including in the rooms)! In the evening, the steps of building 2 were illuminated through the span, I don’t want to fall! What was promised by the travel agency was not fulfilled. There is no ultra-all-inclusive in the hotel, and even more so. Drinks all consist of Yuppies, Cola and mineral water. All drinks are Turkish-made and not of the highest quality, skillfully diluted by the bartender. Mostly Turks rest in the hotel. In general, we were glad to leave quickly. I do not advise anyone, unless you are a masochist, of course...
