1. Tour operator Tez Tour, there are no comments on the flight and transfer. Check-in at the hotel: we arrived at 10.20, at the reception we were politely informed that we had to wait until 14.00, no 20 bucks accelerated the matter and no one took the money, they kept us until 13.30, after which a certain girl Lisa approached us (work manager with the guests of the hotel) and said that there was some kind of mistake (overlay) and we needed to live in another hotel for a day, next to this one. Moreover, the representative of Tez Tour Devran was sitting at his desk and did not even deign to come up and explain the situation. Naturally, we were not going to go anywhere, because. they paid for one thing, but they obviously offered something else, they called Devran, who didn’t want to solve the problem at all, but simply said that we still had nowhere to go and we had to live in another hotel for a day. There were 12 such "lucky ones" (Ukraine and Russia), all Germans were settled !!! ! The scandal is not a scandal, but I had to go to another hotel, well, I won’t even write anything about the fact that this is naturally not what was paid for. The representative of the hotel, and Devran (from TezTour) do not know how to solve such situations at all and do not stand on ceremony with our brothers-Slavs. They promised to return us to the hotel the next day at 7.00, in fact they took us at almost 10.00, but they did!! ! Settled at 11.00. So the first 1.5 days in the vaunted hotel were ruined. I chose TezTour as the most reliable operator and this happened, I don’t know who to trust now!
2. Settlement: the room is clean, everything works, the interior is exactly the same as in the pictures on the internet. The carpet is stained, it's true, but we walked in slippers, the lampshades were stained, the bulbs in two of the three lampshades burned out. In the bathroom, everything rests on snot. In short, the hotel needs renovation for a very long time. But since we did not come there to live, we closed our eyes to the state of the room and did not strain.

3. Room cleaning: cleaned every day, towels and bed linen changed only once. The dirty glass was washed only after it was left for tea. In general, there are no complaints.
4. Nutrition: they are fed normally, there is enough food at any time, you will not stay hungry. From meat every day there was chicken and beef. Fruits: apples, bananas, plums, nectarines, cherries, watermelons, melons, but don't be fooled by everything green except watermelon and melon. The pastry is very tasty. Many different vegetables, stew, sauté , potatoes in different forms, rice, vermicelli, cereals. Local alcohol is some kind of surrogate, to be honest.
5. Cleaning tables, dishes: they don’t have time to clean tables with dirty dishes, and they are especially in no hurry, although sometimes there was staff who ran like bees, trying to quickly clean everything up. The tablecloths on the tables (waffle towels) are not white, but washed gray-gray, probably from the date the hotel was opened, they have not been changed, but washed. The cleanliness of the dishes leaves much to be desired, of course, apparently they are washed in some very old dishwasher, which is not able to wash everything. So, when choosing cups, plates and spoons for dessert, carefully look at what you take.
6. A la carte restaurants: we were given the opportunity to visit all the restaurants for free as compensation for a day in another hotel. Were in all, believe me, in the dining room for dinner they feed much better than in restaurants. There is nothing to eat, and not tasty, no service.
7. Animation: during the day, the animators work perfectly, we went to aqua aerobics, step, we are very satisfied. The work with children is generally excellent, all day long the children are busy drawing, singing, playing games. In the evening, the performances are very weak, boring. There is nothing to do at the disco, only Turks.

8. Infrastructure: everything is fine, a large park area (clean), clean pools, slides, a beautiful large clean beach (sand and small pebbles at the very edge of the sea). The sea is clean, entry into the sea is small pebbles. We occupied sun loungers without problems both at the sea and near the pool, no matter what time we came, so there is no need to stand in line  . There are mattresses on the sun loungers, beach towels are issued on cards near the pool, a towel can always be changed for a clean one without any problems. Chaise lounges and mattresses are of course old, but nothing tolerable. There are trash cans everywhere on the beach. Dressing rooms are clean and tidy. In the public toilet (Pool bar, restaurant), of course, they are not very well cleaned, everything is barely holding on. By the way, there is a small aviary with ducks and at the exit from the hotel there is a swamp with turtles.
9. Population of the hotel: a lot of Germans and the local population, ours is probably only 30%.
10. Staff: the attitude towards Russians is condescending and condescending, there are generally very arrogant comrades. They normally don’t understand when you talk politely to them, you can’t achieve anything, as soon as you start raising your voice, they immediately do everything without further ado. There are also polite, cultured staff, but they are still fewer. The Germans are treated with respect everyone is for them, the Russians are nobody for them. The Germans behave arrogantly, both in the dining room and in the community. places. They run in the morning to take sun loungers by the two pools and the sea, but they are always in only one place, pushing in the dining room, always breaking somewhere. Our people are much more cultured, which was a revelation for me!!!
11. Conclusions: I don’t understand those who write “we got into a fairy tale”, “paradise”, “magnificent and luxurious”, this can only be written by a person who was only in Melekino on the Sea of ​ ​ ​ ​ Azov and rented a barn for 40 hryvnia per day or did not rest at all. If you close your eyes and enjoy the sea, sun, nature, then this holiday can be assessed as medium-good, but no more. The hotel is more suitable for pensioners and couples with children.
