Wonderful holiday! I will try to write an informative and useful review. We travel 3 times a year and always choose 5 star hotels. This is our 4th trip to Turkey, we have previously been to 3 different Rixos: Rixos Premium Belek, Rixos Bab al Bahr (UAE) and Rixos Siagate (Egypt), so there is something to compare with.
I don’t understand the negative reviews, everything was great at the hotel, and of course there are some drawbacks, which I will write about, but overall this is a wonderful hotel. I'll start with check-in.

We arrived at 11 am, check-in was supposed to be at 2 pm as usual, but the girl at the reception checked us in within 15 minutes. The hotel has very polite, pleasant and friendly staff; we were never denied anything.

The food is quite varied, but most importantly very tasty! We liked everything we tried, fish, meat: beef, lamb, there was more than enough of everything. In Rixos, bab al bahr and seagate were not prepared so tasty.

We have also been to hotels with a large selection of dishes, but almost all of them were lean and tasteless and we could often remain hungry. There were almost always enough tables, sometimes only at a later time we had to look for 2 circles. The waiters arrived almost immediately and provided excellent service. What I noticed was that there were no special days, like in other hotels, for example, fish/sushi day and other themed dinners. Ice cream was available almost any time.

The area is large and luxurious, a treat for the eyes. The sea is beautiful and clean, there were always enough sun loungers, there was no dirt, etc.

I recommend taking rooms after renovation; our travel agent warned that there is a sewer smell in the old rooms.

The room has absolutely everything: gels, shampoos, slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, pastes, shaving sets, there are even washcloths, which were not available in Rixos Premium Belek.
The room was cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed every day. Supplies were also replenished daily. Cleaning 5+

Many swimming pools, several bars, live music in the evenings, wonderful animation. Well, the Rixie Club is obviously great too)

Of the minuses: even after renovation the rooms still look tired; we didn’t like the low ceilings, weak air conditioning and the smell of dampness in the room. Of course, in terms of room capacity, the hotel is significantly inferior to other Rixos.

I also didn’t like that there were no freshly squeezed juices; for comparison, we were in Turkey in one of the top five worse and smaller, and even there there were freshly squeezed juices for breakfast.

These are probably all the disadvantages. Everything else was great and we wouldn’t even mind coming back here again! The hotel fully meets our main criteria: delicious food, excellent territory, excellent service and a magnificent sea.
