This is our 4th trip to Turkey, we have previously been to 3 different Rixos: Rixos Premium Belek, Rixos Bab al Bahr (UAE) and Rixos Siagate (Egypt), so there is something to compare with.
I don’t understand the negative reviews, everything was great at the hotel, and of course there are some drawbacks, which I will write about, but overall this is a wonderful hotel. I'll start with check-in.
We arrived at 11 am, check-in was supposed to be at 2 pm as usual, but the girl at the reception checked us in within 15 minutes. The hotel has very polite, pleasant and friendly staff; we were never denied anything.
The food is quite varied, but most importantly very tasty! We liked everything we tried, fish, meat: beef, lamb, there was more than enough of everything. In Rixos, bab al bahr and seagate were not prepared so tasty.
We have also been to hotels with a large selection of dishes, but almost all of them were lean and tasteless and we could often remain hungry. There were almost always enough tables, sometimes only at a later time we had to look for 2 circles. The waiters arrived almost immediately and provided excellent service. What I noticed was that there were no special days, like in other hotels, for example, fish/sushi day and other themed dinners. Ice cream was available almost any time.
The area is large and luxurious, a treat for the eyes. The sea is beautiful and clean, there were always enough sun loungers, there was no dirt, etc.
I recommend taking rooms after renovation; our travel agent warned that there is a sewer smell in the old rooms.
The room has absolutely everything: gels, shampoos, slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, pastes, shaving sets, there are even washcloths, which were not available in Rixos Premium Belek.
The room was cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed every day. Supplies were also replenished daily. Cleaning 5+
Many swimming pools, several bars, live music in the evenings, wonderful animation. Well, the Rixie Club is obviously great too)
Of the minuses: even after renovation the rooms still look tired; we didn’t like the low ceilings, weak air conditioning and the smell of dampness in the room. Of course, in terms of room capacity, the hotel is significantly inferior to other Rixos.
I also didn’t like that there were no freshly squeezed juices; for comparison, we were in Turkey in one of the top five worse and smaller, and even there there were freshly squeezed juices for breakfast.
These are probably all the disadvantages. Everything else was great and we wouldn’t even mind coming back here again! The hotel fully meets our main criteria: delicious food, excellent territory, excellent service and a magnificent sea.

1) Terrible service, from reception to any waiter or bartender. All employees behave as if you owe them something, they do everything slowly, click, go crazy if you ask them for something.
2) Strong 3 food, no fresh juices, disgusting coffee, level food - hamburgers from cheburek in the area, very little normal meat and fish, solid potatoes and breaded onions.
3) Dirty beach - not cleaned, cigarette butts, bottle caps, dirty sand, sharp stones.
4) Poor cleaning - they didn’t clean the sink for a week, they don’t wipe the floor, they just change towels, sometimes the bed.
5) Very loud music from the pools with a repertoire of the level of Monatika and Time and Glass. But if you are a fan of them, like mediocre food and cocktails and miss being treated boorish from time to time, then you might like it : )
For 2 days we fled in a rented car to the village of Kas, 200 km from the hotel. So there we lived in a hotel for $ 120 per day and it was much better: helpful staff, clean, tasty, beautiful. Yes, not all inclusive, but believe me, you don’t need such an all inclusive, save both money and nerves, and have a good rest! Avoid this hotel, maybe it will change it for the better!! !

We came with my family for 18 days, which we regretted, the hotel was clearly tired, the rooms were shabby, the cleaning was not cleaning at all. The smell in the bathroom is fetid, they called the reception, the problem was not eliminated, we sit and don’t know what to do for the rest of the days. What he told the whole world, forgetting about five more years! All money for repairs was paid by Loboda and Black Star. We came with a group of 7 adults and 2 children. During our stay at the hotel there were birthdays - my, husband and baby friends, about which our travel agent informed the hotel, and they decided to please us right away - settled in pigsties. The rooms have very poor lighting, and you don’t immediately understand whether it’s clean or dirty, but after looking closely, you fall into a stupor. Washed bed linen, old crumpled bedspreads, crumpled dirty curtains, but most of all I was pleased with the bathroom - the wall near the toilet was stained with feces, bathrobes, probably, the floors were washed, dried and provided to the guests. Moreover, such a charm went not only to us, but also to our friends as fabulously "lucky". Is that Rixos? ! It's a shame! Having expressed all the claims at the reception, the counter, which all the days of our stay was smeared with incomprehensible things, they tried to convince us that we had a wonderful room and they all had them. In the end, we were moved to the main building, taking a surcharge for the "view but the sea", although the view was on the pool for $ 250, well, at least it was "old, but clean. " There was an impression that we were "divorced" for a surcharge. Anticipating a negative reaction to the hotel, on the day of our departure, they issued a check for this surcharge. The mood was spoiled. We expected the luxury and respectability of the Rixos, before that we stayed in three hotels of this chain, but got a broken-down hotel with canteens instead of restaurants, dubious quality alcohol, lack of staff. Yes, and the existing staff, not all are diligent and cordial to guests. The bartender at the bar near the stage behaved as if they had come personally to his house and demanded an unacceptable amount - he refused the request for two glasses of nuts for 7 people. I have never seen such rudeness! This hotel is for the youngsters, for whom the main thing is parties, it doesn’t matter what to drink - it would be good. In fairness, I must say that the territory of the hotel is really wonderful, but that's probably all that can be said about him good.
