3rd time in Turkey. We arrived at the hotel at 21:30 on 22.08. 16. Since we were two families with two children of 2 years old, we booked a bungalow. We were checked in around 12 noon! At first they took us to rooms in a bungalow with mold. Then they offered a dead room with sockets turned out all over the room (I repeat, we have a child of 2 years old !!!!! ) and a broken handle on the balcony door, which was not possible to go out for this reason. But when we were taken to a room with the smell of cat urine, which hurt our eyes (no exaggeration), we considered it a mockery!! ! After the scandal at the reception, we were given two rooms in the same bungalows, but almost normal. Let on the third floor and very small, but at least everything worked and was clean. After those that we were offered, they seemed to us a heavenly place. And this is 5 *!!!! ! For a week, cleaning was already 1 time !!! ! They do this on purpose at the reception so that they get paid money. While trying to catch wi-fi, with which there are clearly problems, in a week I observed three more such divorces coming for money. Very unpleasant! Food for 3+. There is no children's menu. The first two days there was no sweets at all, only fruits. We arrived at UAll, it turned out that he wasn’t even there, only All. We weren't the only ones surprised.
