We arrived at the hotel at 10 am, checked in after 2 pm. At the reception, out of 4 staff members, only one understands Russian. We settled not in the main building, but in cottages. There the corridors are black from dirt and dust. that they cleaned a year ago. The room was more or less in order. but during the week of rest, none of the cleaners appeared even once. The bed was never changed, the mini bar was never replenished. It seems that there are simply no cleaners there, although we saw them. In the room, water was leaking in the washbasin, they gave a request to the reception (I had to go down because the phone was not working), but during the day no one fixed the water leak. don't really understand).
The beach is clean, but the sun loungers are almost all broken. The hotel area is clean, the pools are clean.
From the food everything was enough, but it could be more varied. The vending machines with cold drinks worked only once a week.

Separately, I want to say about the employee of the SPA-salon GULE, who offers services for $30 to some, the same for $20 to others. As a result, when she realized that we would not go to her, the friendly GULYA stopped greeting us.
