Rested with my daughter 4.5 years and a friend. The hotel looks presentable, the view is beautiful, but inside is a nightmare!!! ! In order and I will try without emotions: Immediately entering the hotel, the smell of acetone and old dilapidated dampness kills on the spot, you try to quickly sneak to the elevator to get into the room and not walk around the hotel. The room can only be accessed by elevator - the stairs between the floors are all bloomed from dampness, the door handles are dirty, it's disgusting to go out onto the landing. Four elevators, but not all go to the desired floor. . . The voucher was issued for three (2 adults and a child) - they gave a room with a double bed and a terrible smell in the room !! ! They tried to change for half a day, they explained that there were 3 beds, and I was pregnant and could not sleep with my daughter. As a result, we got a room with two beds and 1 cot!! ! A room for three no more than 18m2!! ! Bathtub, washbasin with flowers, water leaves very badly. . Now about the food: the menu is not bad, there is a choice, but from our group of 8 people - four were poisoned. Three escaped with frustration, fever and vomiting, and the fourth also with fainting. . Of course, the insurance company reimbursed him for the cost of medicines, but the impressions of the holiday were colorful.... We were under the impression that we ate only rice, cucumbers, tomatoes, fried potatoes (if there was, because it was in short supply, even the mashed potatoes there were powdered and tasted disgusting) and for breakfast an omelet. Salads are simply useless - sour, probably such mayonnaise. There is no choice of meat - mostly chicken puli, sometimes some kind of stew, but we were afraid to eat it. The waiter in front of me offered to eat one vacationer "take it, it's very tasty leg-cat! " After a pause he reassured - "chicken". Funny joke for this hotel!! ! If we did not find something that inspired confidence, we ate buns (they are different there instead of ordinary bread), bread with butter, jam, tea, coffee and fruit. By the way, from fruits to choose from: apples, oranges, grapefruit, quince. Don't give up on anything!! ! By the way, there is a refrigerator in the room, and there kind people put non-carbonated plain water for us. In other hotels learned - in the hall. the stock of mineral water, forfeits, cola, sprite and even local beer was always replenished!! ! But not in this 5 star hotel. . . Service: we eat, and next to the tables the waiter puffs PRONTO and rubs it to a shine, is it normal?! ! Smell for health! It's useless to comment. That's all in a nutshell! We received all these positive emotions in one week at the price of a paradise vacation!
