At the time of check-in, the hotel was not full. We arrived at 5 in the morning, and settled us only at 11. We were given a room in a bungalow with the proud name "villa". The room was 8 meters, including the toilet / shower area. The air conditioner in the room did not turn off (did not react to turning it off), the light did not turn on anywhere, the balcony door was broken and was half open. There were no curtains and the sun shone brightly. The electronic key to the room worked on the sixth attempt. Each time I had to go to the main building at the reception and ask to reprogram the key. I asked to change my room but was denied. They said that now someone will come and fix everything. Indeed, 3 groups of workers came in turn and tried to repair something, but to no avail. Considering that we did not sleep for a day and a half and were with a child, this situation was extremely unpleasant. A day later and 10 dollars. we managed to change room and get a room in the main building.
The hotel is being renovated: tractors are cut through the territory, pieces of grass are planted, workers in dirty clothes walk around. Near the bungalows and villas there are constant puddles of mud.
There was a power outage in the main building. There was no hot water for days. Some kind of pipe broke through the reception and everything poured and dripped.

Wifi is variable: the farther from the 1st floor, the worse it is.
There is only one elevator in the main building, and there is always a queue for it, and it also does not always work. If you are with a child or in a wheelchair, then think again before choosing a hotel.
The food is varied. There is little meat, but a lot of fruit.
The entrance to the sea is convenient, but there are birch trees with different-sized pebbles, so you can’t do without aqua shoes.
Children's animation is good, as well as adult.
We couldn't use the pool because the music was very loud near the pool. They asked to be quieter. They did it quieter for about ten minutes, then again op.
With safety equipment is not very good: in the children's pool there are not enough elementary handrails / railings. They used to be, but now a metal pin sticks out in their place. The doors to the indoor pool are open. If the child falls there, then the whole floor will have to fly down.
The guests are mainly from Russia and Iran. There are few people from Ukraine and European countries. Russian speaking staff. In English. few people speak.
Now is the peak season, and there are not enough tables for lunch and dinner for everyone.
