At the reception I met dirt and a disgusting smell of cat urine. Settled in a room in the main building: the bed is dirty - in black hair and snot on the pillows. There are no gel shampoos. TOILET PAPER (!!! ) no!! ! NO TOWELS!! ! There is nothing. The room is dirty and stinky. I was able to take towels to the SPA (which are for the beach, dirty, but at least they are. . . ). On the morning of the second day, the cleaner took them! When I went to the reception, they were indignant and demanded that we return the towels all day. It lasted a WHOLE day! Until at night the administrator herself brought them to us from the warehouse! With towels, they generally have some kind of quest: they are either not given all the time, or they are taken out of the room! The cleaners (as we were told by the staff) are boys who were recruited from the village and who do not understand what to do and how to clean. The trash was taken out within a week. The room is dirty! THEFT!! ! They steal everything that lies badly. Swiss chocolates were stolen from us, cigarettes, lighters, watches, beads, money were stolen from friends.... called the police. FIVE DAYS THERE WAS NO HOT WATER! ! No bathing, no showers to take after the sea. They lie all the time: either there was an accident in the village (which was not there, there was water in all the hotels... Either the solar panels broke, then the boiler. And they feed breakfast, that tomorrow will be for sure... And so for five days. No matter how many visitors have turned to the administrators for help, everything is in vain. Administrators only perk up when they literally extort money as a bribe for a "good" room during check-in. . . And the rooms are all dirty..... What is there to be thankful for?? ? e, we are not picky, we had enough. There is a choice, there are fruits. You definitely won't be hungry. A lot of sour food - I personally brought the manager to the corn, which was already stinking. He quickly removed the dish with her. Plates through one in the remnants of dried food. AND THE BIGGEST MINUS: when you go on vacation, you just want to RELAX. And do not listen to music until 2 (!!! ) at night, and the sound is such that the bed vibrates !! ! Then you can’t fall asleep until the morning, and in the morning you wake up as if beaten with sticks. Disco with the hotel itself and in the neighboring - Queen Park. When contacting the reception with this problem, we heard that people go to have fun, not sleep. What about old people and kids? And just families whose priority is not parties, but rest? The animators told us that in the summer there were discos until 4 in the morning! And the guests of the hotel were in hysterics, because they could not sleep! About animators. . . well, like that. . . boys girls. . . not quite educated, and tired of 5 months of work. . . Boring animation. No entertainment. . . Now about the good: if this hotel is cleaned, the management is changed, then everything will be fine. It can be seen that the owner has invested money, but now it's all ruined. A new sink, for example, is already a couple of centimeters dirty, the faucet is new, but so dirty that it’s scary to touch it. . . It's like an example. The location is good: beautiful nature, clear sea, large beach. Everything is compact. Everything just ruins this terrible "service". And cheating - about the ultra alla. As the hotel guide Murat said: "they scored on everything. Don't even ask for anything, they stupidly finish the season. " Summary: in order not to tear ourselves to pieces with nerves, we disconnected from the negative and enjoyed nature and the sea. . . But the feeling that you were divorced for money was still present. You go out to the reception - it always stinks of cat urine and the newly arrived tourists scream in hysterics. And all the hotel guests look at each other and wink without words, understanding what they mean. Who laughs, who cries.....Sadness, not a hotel. If you are considering this hotel for a holiday, do not recommend. . . And I will demand compensation from the hotel for services not provided. You need to order money.
