We rested at the hotel from 7 to 17 August 2010. Traveled as a family with a 6 year old. Paid for a standard room. We arrived at the hotel after 9 pm. We were placed in a bungalow. We didn’t have the strength and desire to swear, we wanted to settle this issue in the morning, but when we saw that it was 20 meters to the pool and 30 meters to the sea, we decided that we would stay in a bungalow. Bungalow completely destroyed. The windows have not been washed for two years. The room had a double bed, a folding bed, 5 faded armchairs, a closet with broken doors. In the bathroom, the tub itself is painted over with paint. The pipe on which the curtain hangs is rusty. The toilet bowl is not even cleaned of rust. All in all, nothing happy. The owner of the hotel does not appear there, this is not his main income, so the hotel floats on its own. The staff is not trained at all, they do what they want. The cleaning lady, despite the daily dollar, did not sweep the room, as the sand from the beach lay, and lay almost to the end. I forgot to put toilet paper in. She also had problems with math. First she hung up three hand towels and two bath towels for us. Then vice versa. Only at the end of the rest the task came together for her and we all had our own towel. But hand towels over the toilet are cool!
Because we arrived late, we were not even offered a bite to eat anywhere. The child really wanted to eat, refused to go to bed until she had eaten. Miraculously, my husband found out that the restaurant will open for a night snack at 23.30 (this is half past twelve in Moscow). In addition to us, there was another unfortunate mother, whose daughter really wanted to eat. As she later said, she was also settled in a bungalow in which cockroaches lived. When she went to complain to the reception, she was told that they did not know such animals as cockroaches, but nevertheless she was relocated.
The territory of the hotel is very small. Many wrote that the territory is huge. I wonder what they would write if they got into a hotel with a territory three times larger? There are practically no flowers on the territory. A lot of dead bushes that are not even torn out. The gardener is a song. Walks in a dirty and damp T-shirt. And in this form he walks during lunch in a restaurant watering the plants.

The food in the restaurant is also not so hot. Every day - chicken and fish. Lamb in the form of cutlets was given a couple of times. Meat for dinner is cooked outside. Several times I found raw chicken in the plate. Therefore, I had to look out for something similar in my daughter, so as not to get poisoned. Yes, there are lines for meat. But this is only if you come to the opening of the restaurant. Half an hour later, it's gone.
No beautiful figurines of watermelons and vegetables for you. No ice cream cakes. I often recalled my vacation last summer with crayfish, turkey, delicious fish, lamb carcasses on a spit, huge cakes that were taken out with music and a procession. The staff in the restaurant is smart, but sometimes they observed the following: there were lumps of sugar on the table, cleaning up on the table, the waitress (or whoever she was) did not throw them away, but put them back in a bowl of sugar. Or the fruit from the plate was not thrown away, but stored separately. Probably then they were laid out again for tourists. Of the fruits were only watermelons, oranges, grapes. I really liked the cakes. They were made with meat, with cottage cheese, with herbs.
We were unpleasantly surprised that on Sundays the animators have a day off. Children are waiting for a disco, and they are so broken off. Of all the children's discos, this one was the most boring. Sometimes the disc jockey looked for music for her for 10 minutes. Otherwise, the children were very well taken care of. After lunch, the children played various water games in the children's pool.
As for entertainment for adults, there was a standard set. The only drawbacks are that they don’t give any caps for water polo, it’s not clear who plays for whom. And for beach volleyball, they don’t pour water on the sand, it’s very difficult to play on fiery sand.
A la carte restaurants are paid. 5 euros or 8 dollars. I will say right away - we never went and did not see these restaurants working (maybe there were no people who wanted to? ).
Beach towels are also issued on bail - $ 10. The money is returned upon return of the towels. But, again, we witnessed a case when people brought towels to hand over, and they were given 10 dollars, but there were no other 20 types. And the representative of Tez-Tour gave them this money from his own pocket.

Claimed wi-fi out of all 11 days worked only twice. The rest of the time there was no connection, each time they answered: it will be the day after tomorrow.
The pool at the hotel is large, or rather long. There is enough space for everyone, no one runs at 6 in the morning to take a seat. But the whole pool is covered in fungus! The sea is the cleanest. We went to swim in the sea 5 times a day and early in the morning and after we came from a children's disco. But not far from the shore there are two large concrete stones that you can hit with your feet.
About 80 percent of Turks rest in the hotel. Everyone smokes, and women smoke more than men. Relaxing around the pool is unrealistic. The smoke is worth caramysl. The same is true in the snack bar. In the evening, you can hang an ax there. The only non-smoking place is the restaurant.
Now someone will pounce and start writing “what did you want for that kind of money? ”. And I will answer you - if the hotel cannot meet the requirements of 5 stars, let them remove one star from their hotel. All 5 star UAll hotels should be about the same.
Of course, after a month, we already remember only the good. But I can not recommend anyone to go to this hotel.
